Does not seem to work with MXNET package in R
Trying to get mxnet running on a gpu instance has been a nightmare. Compiling from source fails to find openblas and installing through R studio fails to find 'igraph' package as well as a few other. I'm following two guides, one from mxnet and the other from Bitfusion, but aren't a linux guru (hence the preconfigured AMI)
CUDA/CUDNN are installed so using some other neural net software might be no issue.
Haven't heard back from support in ~3 days. Will update review when I do.
