Review - Trend Micro Deep Security
What do you like best about the product?
Trend Micro Deep Security provides one of the best security for systems connected to the internet. It secures cloud servers and protects unwanted sources from gaining access to the server and data. One of the best things about Trend Micro Deep Security is the low operating cost that they offer, which becomes relatively easy for businesses to avail their service. During current work-from-home situations, Trend Micro Deep Security has played a big part in protecting servers, clouds, and physical systems of organizations from unauthorized access. It has been saving my organization's applications and data from cybercrimes.

There is nothing to dislike about Trend Micro Deep Security; they offer decent security services for servers and the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trend Micro Deep Security is helping me in my organization by blocking emails from unauthorized sources, preventing my organization's cloud and servers. I just have to activate it, and it automatically detects unauthorized emails or data coming from illegitimate sources and blocks them. Trend Micro Deep Security is a big help and runs smoothly on all OS. The firewall works simultaneously with the anti-virus software and provides an additional level of security to my system. The software gives you option to approve or reject emails before receivng it so that you can check the source and allows only legitimate ones to come to your inbox. Overall I find Trend Micro Deep Security as an excellent tool for securing my system, clouds and servers.

Our experience with Vision One (XDR) has been great. The solution provides up-to-date security detection and prevention information, easy to manage with high traceability and transparency.
It is a valuable product to manage and monitor all the endpoints spread globally and with various hardware platforms. Technical support worked with us to address issues immediately as they came up.

Occasionally it may prompt some false alarms, but it is not an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TrendMicro cloud solution offers real-time detection at a very high success rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We evaluated more than 4 products and decided to go for TM. TM offers a total competitive solution including web gateway, web security, end point and XDR, MDR.
Integration at its finest
Our company switched to Trend Micro Deep Security as a Service and are loving the integrations with various cloud providers. No more hassle with on-prem, or even on-cloud, servers to manage or support. The CloudOne Console brings all environments together for a single view managing a global infrastructure. Trend Micro already had a great security product, but now is more efficiently managed in a truly centralized console (in the cloud).

Cloud One - Workload Security IPS for the win
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud One's Workload Security IPS feature is easily the best part of the Workload Security application stack for what we needed. It provides us with excellent support for otherwise out-of-support applications and OS levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the deployment methodology for the scripted client deployments depend on Powershell versions that may not be available on Legacy systems. Hence, batch files need writing to accommodate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue resolved by Cloud one is the securing of our Legacy applications and OSs. The SaaS provides significant support to 'virtually' patch software that otherwise would be out of support.
We found that this platform can provide us with extended coverage on any of our software that is otherwise version-locked.

It's easy to use, and the management console is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deep Security agent should include some other essential features such as Application Control, Device monitoring, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The virtual patching process is impressive. It provides an advanced layer of security that protects our servers and endpoints from threats that can exploit existing vulnerabilities.
Trend Cloud One... great product, great partner
We have been a Trend Apex One customer now for about 4-5 years. We have had great experience with the product, and the partner. The product is almost always a leader in any given space of IT Security. We have looked for new features and functionality, and generally found it is already baked into our product and we just need to turn it on!
That is so rare in 3rd party apps, generally when you are looking to do something new and additional, you are on the phone with your sales rep and getting quotes and figuring out if you can afford to do what you want to do. That single point, is one of the greatest selling points of partnering with Trend.
Great product, always improving
What do you like best about the product?
We purchased a Trend Suite about 4-5 years ago. I really like that hte product and technologies are constantly being improved and ehanced, usually the industry leader in a broad arena of security products. What I like most is that we are constantly getting new technologies, without our sales rep knocking for more money. They keep innovative and putting new products into the existing suite, and the existing agreement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather rare in softwware vendors relationships, but have nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have not had a major security incident since deploying the product, and had much better visibility of what is happening in our environment.
Thank you!
We are satisfied , the vendor support was professional and the product itself was a huge step forward to our business.
