No support from Vormetric or Amazon
No support is provided by Vormetric or Amazon for any issues. Also amazon or vormetric does not provide any information where you can find the file system agent software to install on the client servers which you want to protect. Without filesystem agent its useless. Also the installation guide links provide does not show up in console and you will not be able to access them too. Vormetric Software is very good and works without issues but support is worst.
