What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica is built on a framework that is quite customizable and can be adapted at least to some extent to the needs of our company. What has stood out to me the most is the fact that the acumatica employees that I have been in touch with are friendly, humble, and willing to listen to our feedback. The online forum is also a great place where you can learn from other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because each module has been developed separately, there are still some weaknesses in how the modules work together and pass data between each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
