Horrible Customer Service

Signed up for this product by accident because it is windows based and I was looking for something on my MAC. This was back in July. I reached out to support on the same day to get this cancelled and if they have a MAC version to provide me with that link. Unfortunately, no one has gotten back to me and I feel like they just took $30 and provided me nothing that I can use.

I am dropping this service for the exact same thing. Horrible customer service. It's not so much MSP, they at least responded to emails, as their billing vendor. I found that they had multiple accounts for me and each year were creating a new account. It was horrible trying to figure it out, MSP was zero help simply washing there hands of it "It's MyCommerce's fault". Well, MyCommerce got a charge back because they have NO customer service. Loved the threatening email I got from Cloudberry about how I'll be blacklisted. Amazon should really take a look at this "partner". Now what they don't tell you is how hard it is to get away from them.
