What do you like best about the product?
UI is very simple and interactive. Impersonation to Customer/Reseller is best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not support split environment where DNS, Database and web Server are deployed on different machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simply the working Hosters and Quickly deploy any kind Website in minutes.
I was working with Plesk in my past job. It was quite nice and considerably easier to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The interface, it I s user friendly. Also I like that Pleks support is quite effective.

It is not as common as Cpanel on Linux servers.

It can be effectively u sed on Linux and Windows servers. Used I t to manage the web.
Make easy Servers management and Webhosting with Plesk
What do you like best about the product?
Plesk is most popular hosting control panel among the most user-friendly hosting panels, The trail subscription is very helpful to understand the features.
As now these days Plesk Onyx produce the new ability to limit the amount of system resources like cpu memoty that can be used by a particular subscription or hosting account. This feature helps to prevent server abuse caused by either malicious or poorly written scripts. Some time the resources hungry web app consume all system resources. So the new feature will help to prevent such kind of activities.
It also allows you to properly organize the server panel for quicker browsing and easy access to frequently needed tools.
I am using plesk from long time as per my experience some features are good.

Less Proficiency in comparison to cPanel or LAMP or LEMP stacks as well as some other control panels which are well-organized and support multiple web server software.
Sometime get domains templates related issue and fail2ban firewall with plesk.
I am not satisfied with backup manager, The backup and restore process is complicated so Need to improve backup manger in easy like cpanel. As the cPanel backup manager is too good. we can take the backup many ways. and can restore in a single click
IP management is also not good need to improvement some create issue. It create the issue when we need to add multiple ips and interface.
Mail server management also need improve, Specially need to improve queue management.

I have use the plesk control panel to manage the multiple websites easily with different different prerequisites like some require multiple php version according the web app requiremnt. and also predefined nginx template with reverse proxy cache.

I recommend the Plesk as it also offers some strong features to make things easier for beginners,
and keep the plesk up to date to avoid the vulnerabilities and get the latest features with smooth operations.

Multiple features and support but Less efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Support of multiple development stakes in widely used control panel like PHP, MYSQL, .Net, SQL Server, and Docker etc. and installations on multiple Operating Systems including Windows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less Efficiency in comparison to cPanel or LAMP or LEMP stacks as well as some other control panels which are efficient and support multiple web server software. Support for management by different web hosting companies like management through WHMCS, while it considers addon, subdomain and main domain as equal and count them with same number if you put limits on number of domains. While subscription of user is also complex. Change in policies from Plesk Oynx to Obsidian. No synchronisation with other DNS clusters like cPanel's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple development stacks, support for both .Net and Php in same panel, multiple databases supported like MySQL and SQL Server. Free Lets Encrypt SSL.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if coming for multiple development stack hosting then its perfect if coming for efficiency and have other better options then go for them.
Easy to use GUI, easy for resellers and customers themselves - don't see many issues.
What do you like best about the product?
From a SysAdmin that assists clients in resolving Plesk issues, there's a variety of tools available for fixing problems, and the documentation is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's sometimes things you can only control (easily) via the GUI that you don't have similar CLI commands for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plesk makes it easy for clients to host websites and administration of said websites is made simple with an intuitive GUI. This also helps to reduce our workload due to reduced issues.
Good for new deployments, bad for migrations
Plesk looks like a pretty powerful web server admin panel and I'm sure it has lots of fans but if you are looking to migrate existing WordPress servers, you may want to look elsewhere. I spent a week trying to get its Site Import tool to work, eventually giving up.
The GUI makes it look like things are easy and clean but if you try some trivial task like creating an FTP user, you still have to go under the hood and mess with Linux config files to make things work.
I don't see the point of paying for a GUI tool if I still have to do things manually anyway.
I'm removing my subscription and trying open source web panels.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface. It is easy to get around the first time you use the software. Categories are grouped together nicely, and icons make sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I don't like. It could be a little more responsive when logging in, not sure what that is about, but sometimes it take a full 20 to 30 seconds to long when when your user/pass is entered.

We use it for web hosting. It gives our end clients and easy way to add new domains, and manage their email accounts etc.
Great host for a windows server
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of options for a small web developer to take care of everyday tasks. I had a security breach and Plesk resolved my threat in 5 days. I've never had this type of service from another cPanel. Also find this interface the most straight forward to manage email and accounts on the day to day- it's very easy to troubleshoot and figure out yourself (without any intervention).
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the need to restart frequently to fix bugs- may be some glitches that still need to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up tasks using the time and date feature so i can essentially outsource my work myself in one go.

Easy to use interface, straight forward and easy to navigate. Great for admin and day to day task completion.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to access plesk from anywhere including my cellular. However, this is based on know how not an app or any suport.
What do you dislike about the product?
Servers fail a lot and no support given when it happens. You must be knowledgeable to fix it yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our websites have different IPs and redirects not leading all to the same address. This helps with pagerank on Google and other search engines. Each domain is seen as separate entities instead of one entire being.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You must really understand how to use SSH console and plesk otherwise you will make yourself crazy or you need someone who is certified in this. It is not easy you will not learn it from watching a youtube video.
