Great support from them
We faced an issue with out current ant media server and they were able to come up the resolution. Which is always needed for any tech product. Once again kudos to the ant media.

Best Live Streaming Media Engine
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ant media is esay to use there is no hassale to use, it is so user friendly. They have good interface of admin panel from where we can mange streams

There is nothing which i dislike about ant media server

Live streaming is very esay and good with the help of ant media server

Easy to set up, works right away after installation. The support is really outstanding. Most companies should learn from Ant Media team, how to give such a good support.

Not know any yet. We had some unclear thinks, but it turned out that the info was in the documention. :)

Ant Media Server offers complete solution for live streaming.
Installation was challenging but everything smooth from there onwards
I was skeptical initially because I have a limited understanding of video streaming. However, AMS was surprisingly easier to manage - not just us (service provider) but even for my customers.
I faced technical challenges almost in every installation of AMS, either due to unsupported Linux distribution or special virtual machine situations. However, support team helped me out to resolve the installation issues in all these situations.
There is lot of room for improvement in the installation process, but I am quite happy about the product performance, price and support.
Easy to implement plus amazing support
The service was so easy to implement and integrate with my needs and the support is very helpful and response time was great
Nice product for streaming
I am using this ant media for past 2 months for my project, the stability and performance is awesome.
Tried different streaming servers, those are not that much good compared to antmedia servers.
Their support is good, issue resolving is better than any other providers.
Perfect documentation and full fledged resources, there are many more to say.

What do you like best about the product?
Ant Media Server has been selected, for ISL360 research project, for its really ultra low latency
What do you dislike about the product?
The Unity SDK doesn't implement all the interface that are implement using the REST API interface

Ant Media Server help us to achieve an ultra low latency thei is the must for our project.

Very responsive and eager help.
Even after the issue is solved, they still contact you later on to make sure that are no further questions or errors left to solve.

What do you dislike about the product?
I liked the support calls overall but, if I had to point out something, I'd go for the fact that the first call was not enough to solve my issue, as they had to scale up the issue to a more experencied member.

I had some issues with the payment and i was asked by the AWS support team to contact ANT media support regarding my query. After an email, I was able to get the required help from Ant Media hassle free
