Flexera One is a tool used by different companies for automation and cost optimization . It helps to save the money and time by showing which software is not being used . It works well with different cloud platform in a single screen

What do you like best about the product?
Its dashboards are simple ,complehensive and easy to understand for managing assets and also it reduces security risk by uncovering the outdated software and efficent for decision making.

just needs a little more work for making onboarding for users easy with less time

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is one of the best in its class, and I find it extremely easy to use. Most of the integrations in Flexera One are available out of the box, which contributes to its robustness as a software solution. The customer support team is both responsive and knowledgeable. I use the application daily for license compliance and monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I dislike is that the UI occasionally lags when working with large data sets.

With over a decade of experience in Software Asset & Vendor Management, I’ve worked with multiple tools, but Flexera One stands out for its ability to handle both on-premise and cloud environments with precision. The platform provides deep visibility into software usage, compliance, and entitlements, making it easier to manage Tier 1 vendors where the stakes are high.
What I appreciate most is the strong analytics and reporting capability, which helps convert raw license and usage data into actionable insights. This has been particularly valuable in negotiations, renewals, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Flexera’s integration flexibility also supports cross-regional deal management and ensures alignment with financial and compliance requirements.

The Web UI is a little slow as an End User which creates a lag in day to day operational work.

With its analytics and reporting, We made stronger decisions during renewals and negotiations, while ensuring policies are followed. Overall, it reduces risk, save costs, and make vendor management much more straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Flexera pulls together all the data in on place. For someone like me in a technical role, it saves a lot of back and forth and helps connect the dots faster. The visibility into assets and licenses without digging into multiple tools makes the work easier. I can focus on analysis instead of chasing the data like on different tools.
Also, Flexera customer support is quite quick. whenever I've raised tickets, they have acknowledged quickly and guided me with clear steps.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I feel Flexera could improve is the UI speed. It lags at times, when you're working on multiple reports or switching the tabs, it slows down the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, FlexeraOne is solving the problem of scattered data. Earlier it was tough to get a clear view of what assets we have, their usage and compliance. Now with FlexeraOne, all of the data is at one place. It basically turns raw data into something meaningful that we can actually use for analysis.

I like the unified dashboard in Flexera One. It is incredibly user-friendly, and its integration with major cloud providers and data sources makes it really seamless. The customer support team is also excellent. I use it frequently, and it consistently delivers accurate insights related to asset management and compliance.

difficult product maintenance, cumbersome administration, potential for buggy and incomplete reporting, and complex integration processes that can hinder adoption
