Not great
This AMI did not work as I expected. I found it easier to install Tensorflow for Python from binaries myself, or using the official Docker Tensorflow image. For context I run Tensorflow for Python on MacOS and Ubuntu. It sounds like the AMI works as expected for people using Conda?
Hi Sarah, By using Conda DLAMI(which is the product you rated), you can just run source activate tensorflow_p27 (or p36 for python 3.6), then you have optimized tensorflow binaries as well as some other useful packages installed there. You do not need to install tensorflow by yourself. If you find any problem during using DLAMI, please provide us with ami-id and minimal code to reproduce by creating a topic in AWS forum http://forums.aws.amazon.com/forum.jspa?forumID=263. Thank you. aws-qiqiao
