Un helpful support for a super expensie kit
I happened to contact F5 support through the AWS chat link regarding a subscription query and funny they cant help and asked me to contact AWS support. And then the lady sends me an azure link.
Not only they have a clue on what I am talking about, nor they are interested in helping. I actually should have an option to post a screengrab of the chat I had. Appalling
Expensive product.
The product is super expensive and the dont help to resolve any issues regarding cost management. High time we moved away.
