Sorry to hear your experience did not go well. To upgrade the solution, you will need to migrate your data to a new instance with the latest version of NGINX, PHP and WordPress. There is an useful guide here: https://docs.bitnami.com/general/how-to/migrate-wordpress/. If you need additional support, we provide support from our engineers in our VMs repo (https://github.com/bitnami/vms/issues). Don't hesitate to ask there. Regards
