Critical Error upon creation, SSL doesnt work

  • By What is a Pen Name?

Fired up another WordPress with NGINX and SSL Certified by Bitnami and Automattic version 5.3 node, logged into the Admin Area and updated the 3 plugins that come with the install.

Then the website crashed, warning message "There has been a critical error on your website."

Weird how it basically comes flawed out of the box.

Thanks for the review. Some plugins take some time to get properly updated (up to a few minutes in some cases). During this time you can get a message saying the site is not reachable and has critical errors, which disappears after a while by just reloading the page or going back to the main admin page. In this case the plugin causing this behaviour was Jetpack. Take into account that Bitnami cannot do anything about that as it is up to the plugin creator how he implements the update process. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach the Bitnami support team at https://community.bitnami.com/ Hope this information helps.
