Using open text vertica is amazing only for its one unique feature called Workload routing.

Restore points is a very good feature but a little complex to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently open text vertica is helping us transform huge amounts of data in environments to generate analytics for the business on the fly.

It's is usually best to be used for ETL and ELT. This is the best in market tool of its kind, it can also connect to various sources via it's connectors of different options

Vertica can be made more flexible interms of its cost and management of infrastructure so customer have more options to costomise in much more flexible way.....

Vertica is not just a database, it is a best in class analytical platform as well and is powerful enough to store huge data from big data platforms in a single unified platform

Vertica can host it's more services as our offering, also as SAS cloud service. Also can make their cost model more flexible so customer can have more liberty to chose as per necessity

Vertica is mainly used for both typical ETL and ELT use cases. It helped in pulling data from and migrating from On-premise storage systems and also helped in building unified data platform
As i have worked on the projection it will help the to get the faster data processing by optimizing
