I have not been able to license either product. I would advise against purchasing until you have a response from support first.

Suavei made several attempts to assist the user with this account activation within a day of the initial request. There appeared to be an issue with the user's firewall. Suavei also offered to perform the install directly, but we did not receive a response to these inquiries. We are still willing and able to assist the user with troubleshooting to onboard the account and enable our IoT device and network cybersecurity threat management services. The user can email support@suavei.com to initiate troubleshooting and we will respond within one day. Thank you

Dear Scott: thank you for reaching out to us. We do welcome any contact to our support and do encourage anybody to reach out to support@suavei.com before and after purchasing. However, as we have just communicated to you over email, the reason you have not been able to license the product is specific to you; you have outbound port 40443 blocked in your environment. Please access the form from a device that does not have that port blocked. We look forward to you trying our product once you have solved that limitation that is unique to you. After the initial licensing you will no longer need that port open.
