What do you like best about the product?
Implementation and configuration are easy and provide immediate impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation to web-based applications without breaking the bank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing more data which traces persistent issues. It has allowed us to quickly identify the errors occurring over time and provide faster fixes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work with your SR to tell them what you want, not what you expect of a product... it will surprise you what's available.

What do you like best about the product?
Features and ease of install. The anomaly detection features of great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app could use more functionality. It only lets you see what happened at a very high level. No detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
application performance monitoring and also some visibility issues that we have with vmware and aws.

Do not let cost drive you away from the functionality of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The roll out of the Dynatrace was easy and seamless.
Support has been awesome.

The mobile app functionality. Very limited

Application performance issues.
We have fund out a lot of DB statements are wrong and we were able to fix

I really like how easy dynatrace was to implement. I also like the visualization abilities of the tool and dashboarding features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish our consultant was more experienced

It has been very beneficial
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really like the power that dynatrace monitoring provides. We used this tool for executive dashboarding capabilities and found it very successful for our needs. I do recommend dynatrace for all those needing work for the monitoring team.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated data collection and automated end to end performance monitoring and alerts are fantastic. Mobile performance monitoring has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is overwhelming for beginners. Various concepts and documentation is not enough to ease the understanding of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operations has been improved. Mobile app performance monitoring has improved quite a bit. Automated monitoring of infrastructure improves confidence in operation team's ability to deal with issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is as easy as 1-2-3. Installation and configuration is leaps and bounds better than previous tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that feel like they should already be enabled, but they are still in development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out root cause for problems is amazing. No more fiddling and calling different teams to do health checks.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynatrace is easy to use and most of time pointing to the root cause directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I experience with Dynatrace so far, I do not have any dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using Dynatrace to help Application team to define the root cause when they are running into an issue. And different from other APM tool I used before, Dynatrace point me to the right direction at the very first place. So saved me lots of time on investigation.

Enjoy with Dynatrace
