What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of features, with constant updates and upgrades; largely driven by user feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features may not be as user friendly as they could be, but updates can often remedy this shortly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to identify and optimise performance problem areas in our application.
Also monitoring the uptime and response times for services and hosts.

Increased performance and increased uptime result in increased customer satisfaction and revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize all the resources available to you, customer support, knowledge bank, engineers, product advisors.
Very knowledgeable staff with tons of online resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize dashboards. The ability to see the entire infrastructure in one UI is very nice also.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of customization is overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved observability into Microservices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Ansible for installing agents.

UI flows can be a little inconsistent, especially when saving rules and settings.

That the implementation was so simple. We were actually able to quite easily get an ansible playbook up and running.

I do not like the pricing model. It gets to expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to monitor a lot of platforms, and the AI that helps you to identify problems in your application
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there are so many ways to start the analysis of the data it is collecting that it could be easy to get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Dynatrace to troubleshooting performace issues whereas a server is down or the applications is running out because sql query. we are also interested in monitor business transactions

What do you like best about the product?
The ONE Premium Chat feature is awesome! The response rates and feedback we've received so far from the chat sessions have been excellent so far. I also like the dashboard customization features and how you can share dashboards with your leaders and managers to give them an overview of your infrastructure, services, and application health.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to add Kubernetes metrics and health to my dashboard, but I heard that this is a feature that is coming!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are still fairly early in our rollout and hope to have more app teams onboarded and using the SaaS solution as quickly as possible. But we hope to yield better performance management practices and adoption at our company. Essentially we would like to evolve the behavior/practice at our company to be more 'proactive' vs. 'reactive' when it comes to issues that cause downtime and business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Involve your app teams, security teams, network teams early on in your implementation and preparation activities to avoid any roadbumps and obstacles like Firewalls, access, and security issues.
