MY SQL is all for database needs
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite user friendly and you can implement your sql knowledge very smoothly to get right database results. It is easy to use ad integrate with other languages to develop nice products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major dislike that I found while I was using MySQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am connecting mysql with java and other languages to connect database to the web pages.

Mysql is easy to Learn as the syntax is very simple.

It has a great huge online support community all over the world that help each other to solve different developer problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is laborious to scale MySQL and if you probably did you need tons of effort and capital for higher engineers to form it work for a giant application. For a begin is okay however within the future, for a growing application, it'll be a challenge. Its performance additionally degrades for a much bigger application. It doesn't support some normal of SQL-92 that could be a major drawback for a giant net application.

I am designing web applications and connecting MySQLhas its database for the application.

Make MySQL scalable even if it is for a cost. It's a nice program.

MySQL database is the manage your database and tables, i liked the most about MySQL is we can easily write the script without much syntax error as it is like English

It has issue with scalability, i felt speed issue for doing complex operations and problem is that cannot work with unstructured data

It is easy to install and setup and it provides security in terms of access between uses of tables and databases. Good to use with small datasets.

Since it is open source and easy to learn Mysql will help user to learn DBMS faster . Then the user can understand the advanced DB tool better.

For my opinion MySQL is the best web focused database. Also it is good for cloud solutions which gives possibility build services as micro services. There has very good community which gives possibility solve problems

The most cons of MySQL is that, Oracle does not provide roadmap. Also it is not full open sourced.

Many of websites which I built are used MySQL. It is very stable, usable & easy to use. SQL is also well adopted.

No support for CTEs. Also, some of the date functions are tedious.

It also has links and interfaces with almost all programming languages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MySQL is intended for medium use, usually advantageous in speed compared to other SMBDRs, however this handler should not be considered for use with large databases, which are accessed continuously.
MySQL good DB but Workbench is painful
What do you like best about the product?
Community Edition, easy to develop and local testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database is very good but the way they do the workbench us just painful at least for me is not user-friendly at all.
