What do you like best about the product?
One of the best tool to draw EER Diagrams. MySQL has the best and easy user interface that you can image. MySQL is a great and easy to use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes MySQL can be a little bit slow. It's also hard to move around when you have a big diagram. Also, performing some queries can make MySQL slow for example joining tables and things like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, I create many EER diagrams in MySQL. MySQL allow me to import nice-looking diagrams. It also a faster way to complete my daily task
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you take your time in learning how to use it. MySQL is very powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
This software is fairly simple to install and configured for most advanced users and developers. Tool enables our users to have a local database without the hassle of full blown SQL and saving on the costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, this tool works great for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling end users to have local databases without purchasing the full SQL product.

The best software to manage relational database

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an easy software to use. I also like the ability to integrate web pages in the cloud, has many operational advantages, such as the speed to optimize searches, another thing that I like are the security levels of this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions that this software has by default can make queries of a crawl a little slow and ignore their indexes, in some cases it can be somewhat difficult to correct an error after executing an incorrect command. After a change was made in some database it is not easy to revert. It would be good to implement an easier way to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to improve and optimize our database and store it in the cloud that has been created in the company, it is a great tool and it has great web applications. I think that this is the best relational database management system that satisfies all our needs as a company

It is very good software and I think it adapts very well to different types of companies

What do you like best about the product?
Its very light and fast Database for Web technologies. easy to manage and standart sql queries.
one of the easy to use structured database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing of Stored proceedures are some other missing features as compare to MSSqlServer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its default compatibility with Php allows me easily use it for my web projects. as I have hand on experience its very easy to make data structure using MySQL.

Light Weight and easy to setup. most of the time came with WebHosting.
ideal if your data not exceed million of records.
Compatible with almost al kind of Web development technologies. e. g. Php, Dot net

What do you like best about the product?
-It is one of the most used database system, so you can find a lot of information on the internet if you have any doubt.
-It can ne installed on Windows or Linux, this way you are not forced to use one or another OS.
-Facilitates and streamlines maintainence, debugging and updates.
-Integration with other tools is easy.
-It is very good relational database system.
-It is open source
-It always guarantees optimal speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Lacks built-in support for XML
-Does not support Array or Stored procedures.
- currently in MySQL, if the field is not created, you can't insert data as it will not automatically create necessary fields,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Useful for small to medium sized projects.
- it allows us to work in a much more efficient, faster

Strongly recommended for small to medium projects. it is open source, free and very stable to be used with large applications on production level.

What do you like best about the product?
Mysql is an ideal database manager for a small project in data storage and use the basic services of a database administrator. Its ease of installation and consumption of low hardware resources is ideal to be installed on PC or laptop. At the same time it is an open source program whose use license does not have any value, until the date this survey is carried out. Another advantage of using this program is that it can be installed on the operating system platform such as Linux and Windows. With respect to the connection of this database with development software, many programs have native command to interact with Mysql such as Php and Codeigniter.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the concerns of the programmers working with this database manager is that recently the ORACLE company bought this tool. To this day, it continues to be free, but this company has a commercial profile and at any time it could license the product and cease to be without cost and private code. Another of the details that cause care when developing a database that can grow exponentially over the years, is that as its data increases, the performance problems of the same begin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some projects must be developed quickly and installed on a PC or laptop. Mysql is ideal because it is simple to install and configure. These systems can be installed in places of low technological resources whose machines that serve as a server have limited software resources. This ministry also has the mission to train young people to develop projects in their localities, so training is provided and, when choosing a database tool, mysql is used for the installation and simple creation of databases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend mysql for those small companies whose information system development is not large scale. From the point of education or training, it would be an ideal tool for the personnel that begins in the world of the Administration of a Database and the company will train it. Another consideration for its recommendation is for those companies where they have a technological deficiency associated with the hardware, due to the low consumption of equipment resources of this database administrator.

What do you like best about the product?
MySQL is very less size and compatibility is too good.It's easily integrated with many other apps like Apache server,Xampp and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like one of the features of MySQL.That is it's UI.I highly recommend their developers to improve that's UI.

Database query,server data collection,easily integrated by many hosting site.

MYSQL is cheap and reliable database

What do you like best about the product?
Over the last 2 years it’s even better than ever. MySQL was once a real resource hog but they seem to have sorted that out now. Fact is I’ve built many large and complicated relational db’s over the last decade and I can honestly say, MySQL Workbench has been solid for at least the last 3 years. They implemented many new features that make this product more suitable and reliable. Before Oracle acquired, it’s the most widely used open-source SQL database out there. Google, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Uber all rely on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its management studio still not up to the mark, need more improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It open source database that a year back acquired by Oracle, but still very cheap? we actually a oracle database oriented company that cause us too many, now through MYSQL we reduce lot of money, with taken almost same functionality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a cheap database please use MY SQL, its give you same flavor that any big databases have.

Easy to deploy and use DBMS

What do you like best about the product?
Product of quality and of easy use, being able to use graphical interfaces for manipulation and configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
On Linux servers a few bugs happen, but they can be bypassed, but need a bit of knowledge on servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implantei a virtual store where the database is MySQL, runs fast and without problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great DBMS ideal for beginner professionals, since you can find several articles and communities on the subject.
