In my opinion MySQL is the BEST software for database un the world

When you have enough knowledge and the database designed, it's all very simple

We can call it low-cost DBMS.
Mysql is the good option for any general purpose cloud software.
It is available on multiple platforms like windows, mac etc.
It can be used for middle-level businesses.
Both paid and free versions provide use of many features and flexibility.

What do you dislike about the product?
The simple task like backup also takes more time and
not that easy like other database options.
It provides many features and options to customize the User interface and in this way,
it becomes difficult to use for new user.
It takes more time to adjust with MySQL Especially when you are moving from any other database to MySQL.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had the low-cost project. For my project, it was the perfect solution as I got the functionality I want along with the low costing.

What do you like best about the product?
Open-source software that works on both Windows and Linux. It has the ability to handle large databases, and with knowledge of PHP, customer records can be implemented very simply. Being open-source, it can be modified and adjusted to the needs of each user. The download is free, and there are different paid versions, making it an accessible program for both small users and companies of all kinds of ranges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many tools work with PHP, which is a great advantage for implementing new functions, but the big disadvantage is that you have to learn the PHP language to be able to implement the functionalities that MySQL offers. The program does not support complex data types, common table expressions, or full outer joins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of company data and new clients using the PHP language.

MySQL is a good market option for creating databases and increasing your company's organization. I totally recommend it.
Very useful Database system
What do you like best about the product?
I always use the free version, and to this day, I havent had any problem, all working flawlessly. It can be installed on windows or linux, this way you are not forced to use one or another OS. Its one of the most used Database system, so you can find a lot of information on the internet if you have any doubt (wich you probably will)
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it not very first time user friendly. Previous knowledge is recommended to configure the Database for the first time. Also, some synthax is different from other SQL, this can lead to error in the code if you dont know
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as database for a wiki we have for information of all our programs, with installation steps, installer paths, FAQs and more. We also use it as database for a GLPI instance we have. Since installing we havent had any problem, wich is great since we have a great load of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I havent had any major problems using Mysql, so I can recommend its use, but be advised that I recommend to read some manual if you dont have experience using it, because it can be a bit confusing especially at first.

MySQL is the recommended language for relational database integrations. It supports all major scripting languages

The one feature I would like to have is ease of using the procedural language

Basic query for fetching user data. Aggregations in MySQL are useful

What do you like best about the product?
The Database is easy to use. In my opinion, it's user-friendly and pretty intuitive.

There aren't many tools for performance tuning.

Both fortunately and unfortunately, I don't have to deal with MySQL that much. It's a pretty good software for database features.
