We installed an on-premises firewall and connected it to the circuit. From the circuit, we give the LAN IP so that all users will be connected with the LAN IP, and everybody will be restricted.

When i connect using sonic wall my internet is secure and speed get increased.

Sonicwall Firewall - User friendly NGFW firewall
What do you like best about the product?
Sonicwall Firewall comes with reatively medium in cost it is userfriendly to configure. It provides best UTM security to the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
When device connected to the Site to Site VPN device went in idle state muiltple times.

Sonicwall Firewall can place in branch level to filter all the incoming and outgoing traffic wiht very midium cost.
An easy to configure solution with no additional charges

What is most valuable?
We've given connectivity for work-from-home users. Basic engineers can also easily configure the solution. The solution has no additional charges and no restrictions on the number of users.
What needs improvement?
SonicWall NSV's SSL VPN could increase its number of users to 100-plus users. I have still not checked if SonicWall NSV will support SSL VPN for 100-plus users.

I’ve been using SonicWall NSV for two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
SonicWall NSV's stability is good, and we haven't faced any issues. The 100-plus users working on the site are secured.

The solution's price is around INR 50,000-60,000. SonicWall NSV is not very costly.
I rate SonicWall NSV a five out of ten for pricing.
What other advice do I have?
SonicWall NSV is a good solution on-premise, with no additional charges. We have load balancing in the SonicWall NSV.
Different solutions are coming into the market. It will be good if operations happen offline since there won't be any downtime, and it will help the business run continuously. When people start working from home, and the number of users increases, we can go with the cloud firewall, which gives double security.
Overall, I rate SonicWall NSV a ten out of ten.

The complete portfolio for Network Security includes Next Generation Firewall, Wi-Fi Access Points and Network Switches. They have their own patented and proprietary technology called RTDMI, which is an edge over competitors. It enables quick detection of Malware over the network.

Nothing! They are pretty much the best for Small and Medium Businesses.

Effective and unobtrusive cyber security
What do you like best about the product?
It always runs in the background. SonicWall makes me feel safer on both public and private WiFi platforms while handling sensitive HIPAA -protected information.

It is a bit technical for inexperienced users. However, at our agency, the IT department manages this service for us. Our IT department has had no issues using this product.

SonicWall protects our individual users' systems while handling sensitive, protected health information and keeping us HIPAA compliant.
Safe Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to SonicWall NetExtender, we can now securely access our desktops, including uploading and downloading files remotely to and from the network.

I cannot think of anything. It's all good.

It provided the level of security we needed to make full remote access possible, making users more productive. In addition, the flexibility it gives employees makes it a winner for everyone.
Sonicwall works great at keeping our network safe
What do you like best about the product?
We use both the Sonicwall 3600 firewall and also the Advance Gateway Security Suite. Both products are great. AGSS provides our email encryption.

I want better online training. They do have an excellent knowledge base, but it is hard to find training.

Occasional false positives. Would like to create custom reports.

Solid FireWall, less than desirable price

Active threat detection. Excellent and easy to read logs. Solid emailed reporting.

The price can become cost prohibitive to small businesses.

The business is one that requires solid security in order to protect client data. Because of the threat management, we felt more secure than previously. Our staff was more productive as we have seen less virus activity and security threats coming through.
