Doesn't work!
So I signed up for this via the aws marketplace instead of ATT because of the simplicity for managing the services all at one place. I already have T-Mobile iot and am looking at expanding our offerings. After the purchase on AWS site, I was directed to the ATT site for opening an account and completing rest of the signup. However all I see on ATT site is a message "Hey there!
We're waiting for AWS to send us the rest of your information" followed by "Oops, something went wrong…Marketplace encountered an error."
So basically I signed up for something that I can't use and has no support and no way to even cancel this and directly signup via ATT.
Still true. Same experience in February of 2023. Tried both Chrome and Edge browsers. Tomorrow I'll go to the AT&T store and see if they have an AT&T IoT Data Plan SIM. This plan requires a special SIM be purchased from AT&T.
