very dishonest and fishy

i looked for a product to play some games on a emulator , after seeing that genyMotion Cloud SaaS woudnt supoport modern games ,
however it was so complicated to sign up , it always showed me errors , so i NEVER used it , period . never launched it even once ,

but for gods sake i got a bill bill for $700 , and no respons from genymotion ,
something is off , please do proper research before you buy this ,
