Took 5 minutes to spin-up this instance and login to server. Not very clear about Windows
licensing. Coming from Linux this is an interesting experience.

I double checked with Microsoft sales and was told there is not any version called "Base" Finally I provision one of this and check it in "About" section, then I see its version is "DataCenter"

Windows License is included in instance hourly rate.
