What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about ServiBOT is our trust for keeping our enterprises data safe and secure while using their bot solutions ,also voice add on functionalities provide more interactive user friendly experience to our customers .

Its pricing is comparatively higher as compared to other competitiors in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its a low code platform ,with drag and drop model ,moreover its already provided template designs helps to create high quality chatbots without writing complex code for the same .Its bots are modularized and scalable which helps me to communicate information between each other bots via chat ,sms,mails .Also ,its interactions with voice assistants provide amazing feature to our product .

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other chatbots, this one allows the integration of AI bots to work/collaborate with live agents.
They also can trigger live conversations 24*7, on a need basis which was quite helpful.

Pricing was bit on the higher end for our client during potential research and implementation

Tools which are provided are easy for bot building. Multiple channels are provided which helps wider range.

Its stuck sometimes while we using as it is AI generated box which don't have a human emotion that can't understand the cx emotion according to their needs.
