Sisense has changed the way we do business

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and I can download reports into a universal format. It helps us identify our fundraising trends to help inform us on how best to raise funds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. I have used it since day one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us analyze fundraising trends. When we started using Sisense it helped us sync financially with our finance system which had never happened before.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform's versatility and ease of integration and everything about the relationship handling and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes releases get quite delayed, which has it's impact when you are dependent on a specific feature...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sisense to give our customers high-value insights, in a way that is easy and of intuitive use, which would be possible with "common" dashboards without proper exploratory functionalities

The SDK and API access make it a BI tool that can be used as an integrated solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance and the EC and customer service support is really bad.

The BI solution as an embedded solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The different options for embedding and the Explanation, Trends and Forecast features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support was slow, but it has been improving lately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes data accessible for non-tech users. It is easy to create dashboards and use the ones my company already have.
It also works great with embedding. They have several options and now with Compose SDK we have much more flexibility and the possibility to code everything on our front end.

The API. It really lets you automate otherwise manual tasks. We leverage their API to keep our app in sync with theirs.

Customer support but that improved recently.

What do you like best about the product?
We never got the tool implemented due to a lack of support from their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Terrible customer service. Their CSM forgot about us and never helped us get implemented. Then we were negatively impacted from a data breach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Didn't solve anything. Never got the tool implemented and we decided to cancel.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisence is leading health analytics platform and provide various important features which can be useful to track a patient journey on board. Since , AI is used to find trend in the sectors , so Its always provide us better insights to predict.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing dislikes as Such, but they should Improve their UI.Also, they should decrease license pricing for existing user of every new licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting my team to predict a patient behaviour so that we can create Ml model to predict conversion percentages to our drug.
