Great product, service could improve
What do you like best about the product?
The product is highly configurable and meets our needs as a BI tool

The service needs to improve. Every interaction seems to be an opportunity to sell or push something rather than focussing on existing services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business Intelligence benefits are felt across the business
Sisense analytics gives a great overview of our organization's data
What do you like best about the product?
The graphs are really neat in their presentation and allow us several ways of viewing the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it seemed that integrating with our organization's spreadsheets would be a simple thing to do, but this has proven to be quite difficult - with changes by Google to their Google Sheets API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track behaviour change of users who come to our sites. Sisense allows us to easily review their responses to courses, quizzes and surveys, and lets us see where users might have dropped off, perhaps because content is too complex or needs to be explained in more detail.
Sisense is easy to start build dashboards and reports.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and fast to build dashboards. Very nice for start with BI.
What do you dislike about the product?
They were few minor things that I didn't like, but it I can't reckon anything now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit was that we could answer client questions very easy and fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Choose Sisense because it relatively easy, and nice administrate.

Specific skilling is needed for operating Sisense, so little tough to get trained people on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an e-commerce product company. In very high-level language, we are getting a clearly picture of the conversion ratio. It has helped in evaluating the loss and profit margins when platform fluctuate. We can visualise easily in Sisense.
Powerful BI tool that is also easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clear and easy to use and the data design tools are powerful and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a resource hog and needs a lot of power under the hood to run. Not sure how it compares to other BI tools in that regard so it may just be the nature of the amount of data being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a ton of data and needed a way to pull it all together and try to gain some insight into where we were strongest and where we were weakest. Sisense has made it possible to sort through all of that.
Sisense is extremely positive for strengthening data.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to coordinate all the data analysis systems, I have had great software that has allowed me to solve data systematization problems. It has involved a great potential its interface and integration. It works perfectly with all the internal features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it does a formidable job of interface, however it has an extremely old design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it to organize our databases of events and customers, as well as sales data with activity income. It is extremely practical and a great advance for the management or distribution of information based on the grouping of external data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because it will help you to create a really useful strategy, ending the idea of solving many situations regarding databases. It has really been very easy to install and configure, it is not difficult to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Presales support was very good. Excellent assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding structure. We need additional time to work on rollout plan and onboarding wanted to schedule asap. Also director contacting CEO of the company instead of contacting upper management without consent was a big issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense allows us to merge multiple data sources into a single entity to generate meaningful reports for areas of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations on exporting data, but it's not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SAP as the account source of data and Salesforce.com as our contact source of data. Sisense enables us to generate the reports merging the two sources that senior management rely on as well as those of us in the trenches who need to know what's going on.

Helps to have technical background. Once it's up and running, a good tool to work with.

1. Data building taking time on large tables.Elastic cube design/model is decides the dashboard performance
2.I haven't an option to add new customised roles
3. Adding new connectors requires knowledge on data base.It is not as simple as just adding database supported jar file.We have to perform additional action item on downloaded files from cdata.

Good overall. Sisense Support team was very helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Jayson Yurcho was very helpful. We were working on a project with tight timeline and wanted to make sure certain features are provided to the clients. Jayson provided us scripts and/or elasticube changes and other ways to achieve the desired functionality. Sisense is useful for visualizing data and provides a variety of chart options. The ability to use scripting to do additional changes makes sisense very useful. Also, the Sisense API makes it very useful for white labeling and integration into an enterprise solution. Sisense also has the abstraction layer called the elasticube. This allows us to make dashboards that need special elasticubes. Especially, some of our dashboards had strict security requirements which were met by making special elasticubes. This made it possible for us to do some of our most complex dashboards, especially those with highly proprietary and secure data which had strict sharing requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
Sisense sorting in pivot tables/tables is very poor. When more than one item is used in columns, the values cannot be sorted directly by ascending or descending, but keep sorting within the grouping. This is a major disadvantage in using the dashboard. Clients pointed this out, and all we could say was export to excel. We want the clients to work in the dashboard and not in excel,
Sisense versions change very quickly and not everything seems backward compatible. Especially, all the scripting that is done.

Various ways of visualizing the data in the main problem solved. Focus is on ease of use. Sisense overall is easy to use. It allows more users to feel comfortable using the product.

Sisense is very good and easy to use. Looks nice and professional. Scripting and API make it more powerful.
