So intuitive and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard building process is so easy and the product itself is very intuitive. Thank you for giving us something easier to use than other products out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! I have only been a user for few months, but will report back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More up-to-date and reporting for our group. The dashboards are super easy.

Sisense has been an excellent tool that meets all of our dashboarding needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of building the data in the Elasticubes. It's fantastic. I like the ease of creating/changing dashboards. I have been able to train users to build dashboards in less than an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to easily customize the fonts/colors on dashboards. I get a lot of comments that some of the font is hard to read when added to presentations. Would like to at least be able to resize/recolor the font and adjust the automatic layout of the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had completely siloed data. Our users would have to download data from multiple locations and use and Excel spreadsheet to combine all of the data. A lot of time has been saved with Sisense as well as access to much more data than before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have used an ETL or dashboarding software in the past you will be blown away at the ease of use of Sisense.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and provides beautiful output for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data scrubbing can be a little cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information is at the fingers tips of the people that need it.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
From Designer to End User, Sisense allows anyone with basic data skills to build and analyze dashboards with ease. The data visual options provided with Sisense are simple and easy to use to build effective dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The largest downside to Sisense is the difficulty to download PDF's of dashboards while still showing all of the data on just a few pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've only ran into 2 problems while using Sisense.
1. Downloading PDF's of Dashboards that are nice enough to present in a Board Meeting. This is a constant struggling or resizing and adjusting widgets to size.
2. The ability to format numbers for banking terms. In banking, we like to present dollar amounts of loans in terms of MM.
Example $30,000,000 would be 30MM and Sisense does not allow us to format this way without adjusting every dashboard.

Powerful, easy to use product
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to implement security down to a granule level. Connecting data sources into a data cube allows for easy and secure access to all of the data points needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to alter user interface or stylistic color schemes without using an open source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the issues we had was the ability to present data in report form in a way that the end user wanted to see it. We were limited to GUI's and canned reports available through applications. This was often not the specific data or data presented in a way that worked well for our end users.
Amazing product to gain important insights fast with ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use the tool, due to the great UI and the methodology of starting with a dashboard and not a notebook, reports, dashboard.
Making it easy to understand both to the dashboard designer and for the read-only user.

What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions of the viewer users: I think they should be able to view the logic beyond every widget (formulas, the fields used, etc.), some of those users are more advance and it's important for them to be able to understand the logic fast and not to contact the dashboard editor. Also, I think some of those users should be able to edit simple things like widgets headlines and comment - will save a lot of time and resources for the organization (especially for SMB).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main important thing is to have a single source of truth. Sisense is the place we can define all the metrics logic.
An additional important thing is the combination of data from different systems, giving us the ability to combine business data with operative data and leveraging it into useful insights, easily with the right visualization to the business question.
Regarding insights, the drill-down option allows us the ability for business owners to dig deeper into the data and find key insights only they can look for.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly tool with a nice like the look and feel. It is easy to use and to share insights and reports.
I really like that it has connectors to most of the necessary org tools and platforms
that enable the bigger picture of out entire pipeline.

The platform enable everything including m2m, so you should model the data correctly and teach your designers how to create by the sisense best practices.

Helps most of our teams to track their KPIs and deliveries like customer success, support , finance, sales, marketing R&D and research, operations and more.
It enable us to track and monitor new features, current status of our products around the world and to give useful reports to our mangers like board of directors, VPs and executive levels to enable decisions based on data.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense offers a free version to those just getting started and the tool features are quite functional with different responsibilities.
Windows and Cloud deployment functionalities are effective and the interface customization is very simple and great solution on strategic planning, reporting, data analytics and data visualization.
Drag and Drop functions effectively helps the user on quick navigation, and the data pulling connectors are very supportive.

Not much to dislike as a Sisense user, the tool its simple and nice data visualization tool with helpful support.

Helpful solution for strategic planning, data discovering and easy on reporting and so many benefits from Sisense.

Sisense its a functional tool for the easy and profitable data analytics and data mining and its functions are very simple to get used to their functionalities.

I like the layout and user experience a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more features like slicers within dashboards where we could dive deeper into data. The dashboards could also offer much more in terms of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to figure out which of our locations are the most profitable and which are the least and answer the question as to why this is. We have been able to combine data from a variety of sources, create dashboards, and share our insights company-wide.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating dashboards from whatever data we throw at it.
I also like the fact we can throw different sources of data at it to form the dashboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I search the knowledge base I feel it is, I feel it is out of date.
When I follow it step by step it doesn't follow exactly what I see from my deployment.
Also we run it on prem on Linux. I find the knowledge base is lacking on a Linux deployment and sometimes I have to look at the windows version of the article to figure on how to do it on the linux side.

It solves our problem where our all data is on different sources and sisense is able to combine the data to make sense of it all.
