Not as user friendly as I would like; sometimes slow
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sisense is how easy it is to import/export data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow/unresponsive sometimes. Not as user friendly as tableau.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics for a company. Helps bridge a gap between business people and data people
Great Product produces Great Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly create dashboards and key insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything to dislike. Using the tool is very intuitive and the UI is great. I can quickly set up a widget to explore different ideas and points of investigation. If there is anything I would add it is the capability to add heat maps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I a solving a couple of major problems - who is our customer, where is the best place to engage prospects, where do I need to locate my product so I get the highest returns. To a lesser degree, what data points am I missing or I need to collect.
Useful, resourceful, easy to use.

easy to use, provides easy to navigate insight, in a nice organized dashboard.

Theres nothing i dont like. I have no complaints.

Makes analyzing data easier, when placed on a dashboard live.
My experience with Sisense
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my work is saved on a server for other people to log in and see from any computer. That way I do not have to worry about sending files and making sure that everyone has the proper software installed
What do you dislike about the product?
I want it to be more user friendly, some people come to it with a background in other tools such as Power BI and have to learn a new interface, so a more familiar layout would help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting data insights from our various datasets and easily relaying them to others in our company. It makes sharing much easier

I like the ease of use organizing data. And charting is quick and easy.

We are solving sharing information across departments to the executives in order to make better business decisions.

user friendly widget building, elasticube's intuitiveness and flexibility

Customer support for a ticket takes a long time, cannot connect python scripts, cannot use math functions on datetime fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking company KPIs, mapping locations, makes data a lot more transparent to end users
Very intuitive data visualisation and best in class support/service team
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to grasp how to visualise the data and drill down to explore it. Dashboards are very intuitive to use, even for the non data savvy stakeholders. Access through mobile and the set-up of alerts makes it even easier to monitor performance.In addition, the level of support and service is outstanding: the Sisense team always helps us to find solutions when we are faced with a technical or a commercial challenge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Sisense. I would say that being able to create and maintained derived fields (e.g. segments) and easily integrate with other marketing tech. solutions could add some value and facilitate audience management on the back of data exploration in Sisense. It would help the marketing/sales team to close the loop: from data exploration, through actionable insight to marketing action. I am also looking forward to the outcome of the Periscope merger and see if it enrich the analytics capabilities of the Sisense platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Things we solve: access and visualisation of our data, 24/7 performance management, differentiation of KPIs depending on stakeholders (CEO, vs CFO, vs Marketing performance teams, vs. Account management teams, vs. Clients), data exploration for analytics.
Benefits: development of insight capabilities leading to more data based decision making, better performance management (more timely and more accurate) enabling business performance improvements and day-to-day business operations.

not a technical person and so its difficult to troubleshoot the errors which occur frequently

we use it for data reporting, putting together board packages and other material for executive team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool is good but you need to right individuals to help develop it. We switched from one tool to another by replicating what we had and unfortunately didn't have the level of technical expertise to build out something bigger/better.
Very Useful Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to customize reports, widgets, charts, etc. in real-time (and in an easily consumable format), then immediately share with my peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can sometimes take a while to load, and the data is not always as current as we'd like. However, this is very specific to our company (and data) since we monitor ad serving and delivery continually throughout the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense allows more members of our team to easily access relevant data. Non technical users are able to pull reports much more rapidly. It also helps by displaying stats and metrics via various charts, graphs, etc. that can be easily digested (without the need to comb through spreadsheets).
