Go from data to dashboards and extend to full-fledged, monetizable Apps in a few sprints.

Poor pivot table support to completely replace excel-like tools/experience

High velocity, large volume datasets for daily monitoring and historical trending, Workbench solutions for what-if scenario analytics, API integrations etc that has enabled business to view data from various angles and dimensions, and perform deep analysis to create business actionable scenarios that can directly impact bottomline.

Highly customizable, sensible configuration options, basic platform functionality has a focus on design, account representatives are very helpful, new features and improvements rolled out regularly.

Documentation could be reorganized and improved, tech support could be more responsive, could integrate with source control

We needed a fully white-labeled business intelligence solution with solid visualization features. Sisense has enabled us to launch a fully-featured product in roughly 4 months.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a unique software in its programming, because it offers extraordinary and solid functions in its entirety, Sisense is responsible for the creation of reports based on highly advanced business intelligence, highlighting that it acquires a general ease of use, without excluding that it maintains A compliant and well-structured customer service when we address design and programming terms, providing excellent services to solve any problem presented at extreme speed, makes it a sophisticated high-end system, since it focuses on satisfaction in each one of the users it contains registered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the permissions required to perform a job are totally disastrous, since only users with their own accounts can exercise such labor movements, which becomes a total nuisance, since in a company it requires multiple people, the Which make up a team for the labor production of said area, since the presence of the owner of said account must be maintained to access high-importance executive processes, being a great problem of delay.

Sisense is used in one of the most important departments that this company maintains, since it meets the necessary requirements for work in these highly important areas, which is in the marketing area, thanks to this software, we have been able to recreate Significant high-grade reports, with superior intelligence, which allowed us to increase the balance of sales in the digital market in which we carry out our work, as it performs internal analyzes in all units with relationships to the businesses that are carried out, providing the necessary information to guarantee the effectiveness of these processes, especially when it comes to a wide campaign, as this system responds perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
Sisense allows you to build out the cubes within it's platform which allows for quicker turnaround on dashboard builds.
What do you dislike about the product?
While data can be modelled in the Cube builder, it is better to model your data into Facts/Dimensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to build dynamic dashboards for the business teams. In particular, the row level security allows us to build one dashboard with row level security applied so that each officer only sees their own portfolios.

Implementation can require some technical experience on your team both during installation and for ongoing troubleshooting.

The various options for widgets allow for better displays of information.

There can be a fast turn around between the request for a new dashboard and it being rolled out, no need to go through debugging and formal code review.

Some features requiring manual configuration or scripting.
Although the "Edit Script" ability is great for customizing dashbaord, users have to have code syntax right or else it does not work and the interface does not tell you what may be wrong with the code.
Some parts of user interface are clunky.
Automating certain features is a bit tricky due to having to use the REST API interface.
Certain functions with using dates is non-existent, for example there is no way to calculate data using only Month end or quarter ends with out changes to the data.

Our Sales officers are able to view their complete portfolios in one place and get the answers they need.
Management is able to find data quickly to address questions from Teams and Executives.

Be aware of the system architecture that is needed before installation. Servers need to be properly configured and speced for the size of your organization.

What do you like best about the product?
In our organization through Sisense we generate business intelligence reports, all business departments obtain complete visibility of the data. We manage to mix multiple data sources that we generally use, to dynamically visualize what has been achieved in dashboards or reports. We do a profitability analysis in real time, providing detailed performance reports to detect the presence of trends or problems immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sisense is very fast and simple, however, because it has many data models, it slows down the system because it requires more RAM capacity. In this way, in the organization we already attack this problem and we prepare ourselves so that it does not affect our business performance, for this reason even today it is still a power for us.

We easily transform the data we obtain through its tools into interactive reports, generating practical knowledge for all staff with minimal IT overhead. We form important strategic planning to boost our economy, in turn, helping us with the development of performance metrics. It is one of the best BI software that I have used, it has very professional tools with which you can obtain the desired results very quickly. For companies with sales purposes, his system is convenient as he is a product manager and business leader. What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and Flexibility once it is installed. There are a lot of functionality and flexibility in creating dashboards using the scripting window. This allows the product to be very tailored to our department and organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since moving to the cloud most of the features that were a problem on-prem are no longer a problem. Some of the complex filtering is still a challenge with everything being an 'and' and no real way to use 'or'. Additionally, naming conventions for perspectives is a problem which is being worked on by Sisense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adoption of BI in our organization but the ease of use for Sisense and the different options allows our users to enjoy excel like function and formulas but the power of BI as well as allows us to bridge data from completely different sources

What do you like best about the product?
SIsense installation and configuration really simplified our work and it was quick to start development. Work with panels has been easy to configure and intuitive for end users navigate. Sisense allows you to solve business problems quickly. It was very easy to configure, build data connections and create visualizations personalized. Sisense support is very helpful and extremely responsive, we really see change in our organization.

If there is a serious weakness in what we think it is
important, which are the customizations of this platform. We depend much of these customizations, either directly from the extensive compatible plugin options or clients, and that's one great option, but we'd like to see more features straight from the first moment.

We use Sisense to find data among multiple systems, clean them and display them in a meaningful way for our clients and ourselves. Provides us with incredible tools to extract search, analytics and sales performance data. It has really favored us and made a big difference in our ability to produce detailed reports for our clients from continuously without having to spend hours and hours extracting and cleaning data for each reporting cycle, that sets you apart in terms of comparison with other platforms.
