Powerful IB program
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense has satisfied me in terms of planning initiating and executing my every day plan. Through this tool I am capable of taking the necessary actions which are based on the data analysis and that affect my process efficiency positively. Further it is easy for me to track the data which are of great importance and helps me in highlighting the important areas. Through this application I easily share the data across my various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow this tool is a bit difficult to use, I feel some difficulties while using its services, So I would say sisense should make its features little easier for the ease of its all users. Otherwise I appreciate this tool for becoming a valuable software in our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great digital marketing tool through which I optimize the work flow. Its search engine had further made easy for me to get rid of the complexities. Sisense is my need to monitor the campaigns and to handle my online multi channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Strongly recommended program. I also recommend this tool to those who are managing their online stores. It will help you analysis the data that is available at those pages so that they get to know which platform is worthy enough for marketing and eventually it will help their business to grow. In addition I will also suggest this tool to companies who are dealing with customer services.

What do you dislike about the product?
These are not all directly cons but recommendations and impressions after 1 year of use:
1. Some built-in visualizations for widgets are a bit behind from the competitors (indicator widget, pivot formatting)
2. Certified add-ons are often not compatible with the latest Sisense releases so you are stuck on older platform version in the wait for compatibility added thus not able to have some other issues fixed in those new releases
3. Using your own custom email server based on MS Exchange could be problematic for TLS connections
4. Sending emails to non-Sisense users (external emails with no licensed user account) via the premium ReportManager addon is often unpredictable - you can get a random error causing pause in sending scheduled reports
5. You often can get a couple of new Sisense releases faster than a fix for months-old issue
6. Sisense on Linux has some good features that the Windows one lacks
7. Short list of IM messengers integration (you get only Slack, Skype) , no bots support, lack of Telegram IM support
8. Lask of good reporting presentation (not pixel perfect)
9. In general, if you are the server administrator you can spend quite some time dealing with your users reporting random, non-critical but repetative issues
10. The documentation for formulas and functions could have more real life examples
11. No guest-user licensing for sharing a read-only dashboard to a publically accessable site for many non-Sisense users

A reliable tool to reveal necessary and important data.
What do you like best about the product?
I like this software in large quantities, due to its functionalities, since it offers a complete job, most of all it catches my attention is its option of use of being able to make very well structured reports in its entirety, being one of the systems based on these qualities of analytical designers and generators, since it allows us to transform simple data into powerful documents that serve us for different business expectations, one of these is the presentation of multiple projects, extended by members of certain organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sisense could work on its management strategy for dashboards created by multiple users, in order to have a qualifying system of the ideas offered by these individuals, to determine if they are of our convenience or not, which is one of the characteristics functionalities that this software does not have, which is a reckless disadvantage, which requires updating for the integration of this particular tool, in order to reduce complexity and at the same time improve its management and security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It should be noted that we use Sisense in our departments dedicated to financial and accounting contributions, we use it to develop and design the stored information that we have in the panels of our organization, more than all this system is promoted, for a real estate purpose to large-scale, which allows us to have all the economic sources that we frequently acquire, to carry out a fairly formidable and secure management, mentioning that it facilitates our work in large quantities because these functions are automated.

Sisense is the best option if you are looking for a reliable, powerful and very accurate tool that can connect to a wide variety of databases or standard information sources, so that you can turn this software into a beneficial solution, both for your financial operations, such as the complete accounting of your organization, without any kind of failures and fully automated, which allows you to have a solid and precise management of your concerns in the economic figures that your large-scale company has, without excluding its other additional functionalities , for different uses, which are highly powerful in the same way.
Exceeded Expectations - What a Difference!
What do you like best about the product?
Transitioning from excel-based, cumbersome and error-prone reporting to SiSense's powerful platform made an amazing difference. Dashboards are intuitive and smart, and having real-time access to data with the ability to drill down into details has made life immensely better for our users. Coupled with powerfully visual widgets and graphs and trending capabilities has eliminated hours and hours of drudgery and confusing presentations. Support has also been very responsive and always helpful, and their training sessions are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formatting capabilities are troublesome -- especially when dealing with fiscal year notations or changing to other format views; also exporting to pdf and email has had some concerns (but I believe updates are coming to fix these issues).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SiSense has eliminated numerous excel-based errors and issues with pivot tables. Real-time access to data means we don't have to caveat every excel file we send with 'this is old data'. And most importantly, we are giving power to the users of the data, allowing them to make decisions faster and more efficiently to run the business more effectively.

Definitely check out SiSense as a tool that will have immediate and lasting improvements for your business.

Sisense in its technical support programming, exercises its commitment to provide excellent customer service and ensure that organizations get the most out of their investment, both key functionalities for the total success of a company, and to earn a good position in the cloud, as the best software in its field of work once it is implemented, highlighting that for these simple powerful facts, I love it, drawing my attention in large proportions, and at the same time becoming my favorite system, according to the innovative tools it offers .

Sometimes the permissions can be a total annoyance, because only the owner of the folders and the control panels can publish the changes made in a platform, mentioning that its ease of use is scarce thanks to its complex system to general level, since there are learning curves when operating Sisense, including the same feature for any tool it contains, requiring basic knowledge, being difficult for new users who enter this server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sisense because it provides us with very useful functions that allow a greater workflow, extracting data with topics about corporate finances, large-scale sales and how to promote a more efficient security of all the information we have stored, for our This is a benefit when carrying out many operations, mainly for business purposes, that is, we use this software for essential functions, which are internal analyzes in all business units, as well as integrated reports for the client.

It is suitable when the size of the company you have is literally small or medium, and if you have unpublished amounts of records stored in your system, and the concurrent users are fewer and considerable for a better economic flow, including that you can access these data without lack of connection, being ideal if you need to extract information for the labor fields that best suit your business establishment, which one of these is the sales that you make frequently, for a reinforced conduit of income.
Flexible, Drill Down, Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
SIsense allows my team to analyse data on the spot during a call to help direct conversations. It's intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really. It's a great reporting and analyzing tool.

We are able to easily analyze data, make decisions, guide conversations more readily with Sisense which results in less wasted time.

It changed the way our organization used data. It's so customize-able, yet touch of a button at the same time.
Quick Data Analysis with Easy Builds and Many Views
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can take large ranges of data and make many views easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the elasticube build errors and the data isn't refreshed automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing Sisense to review daily volume and school metrics on a daily basis so we can better optimize the accounts.
Sisense is a great analytical tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sisense can take whatever data my company uploads into the system, and allow me to report on it any way that I need. The reports populate relatively quickly when they are in working order.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many times within a month where the data hasn't uploaded up to date so I will need to get my tech team to put in a ticket to figure out why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense helps me look at Cost Per metrics for my clients. It allows me to slice and dice the data granularly which helps us take a deeper dive into the data to see if there are any specific changes that we need to make that will help us lower the cost per metrics.
Experience is good (as a tech guy), but the application requires a lot of computer power
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and customizable without doing a lot of actions. It's really powerful and makes great charts ! The product is really understandable for tech people, ans allows a lot of different options. When using it (as an end-user), it's also fast and easy !
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue for us was the setup, the installation was a bit chaotic, we had to upgrade our servers multiple times and do some modification to the dockerfile in order to make is work on our environment. Beside that, the formation is good but the product stays a bit complicated for non-tech people. Our product team is a bit lost in the app !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't want to develop our own data visualisation solution, so we earned some time by using Sisense. The benefits are not yet clear since we use the solution for only a couple of month. We are going live really soon, can't wait !
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe Sisense is really to use when you're using it with the cloud version. For our needs, we needed to secure our data and we could not use the cloud version for this purpose. Our software is B2B with bank clients so we needed an installed version.
The product itself is great, it works well and we can do anything we want with the data. We have seperated databases and we can get data from both and combine them into our data visualisation thanks to Sisense.
You should use Sisense since it will save you some time on BI / Data visualisation, it's great and it's powerful. But consider using the cloud version and not the installed one !

Nice but not that simple
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is nice, rather easy and intuitive. Good design
What do you dislike about the product?
Modeling of elasticubes it's not that simple, you need to have technical knowledge to build the elasticubes. Some error messages are not clear so it's not simple to find the source of error.
It's required to take a lot of time to see tutorials and learn the tool and some documentation is not up to date or it doesn't work for all versions.

It is necessary to make sure that the people who are going to use Sisense, have knowledge about the database and the management of this one, otherwise the creation of the elasticubes will be quite difficult and it will take a lot of time, this is not how it was explained to us when we bought it.
