Effective additional layer of reporting that is customizable and available in real-time
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to add multiple field and pivot them in multiple ways, without using Excel and having a massive amount of data that slows down your computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all reports are available for Excel download, and sometimes figuring out where to click to update filters is confusing. Also only administrative users can actually make changes to which fields to include / not include.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less manual input and pivoting in Excel. More time saved because I'm not downloading massive amounts of data because I'm pivoting - Sisense overlays our database and creates much more efficient output.
A very user-friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sisense is really easy to navigate. I'm able to sort through all of the needed reports and adjust as needed. All of the data is right there and I can sort to my liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't dislike anything about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problems I've had is when Sisense hasn't updated for that day, so my data is not current.

What do you like best about the product?
The use of dashboards and cubes requires very little training. the dashboards is really fast after the process of building cubes. The API provided with sisense is enough complete et authorize most of actions that we need.
Sisense offers the possibility to customize the interface with custom colors, fonts and logos.
the customer service of sisense is quite fast, the questions ask on website get an answer usually within 24 or 48 hours.

What do you dislike about the product?
the software isn't thinked to be used by a developper. the cubes and the dashboards can't be versionned for the moment(maybe in a closed future?), and the json file of the dashboards isn't explicite (really difficult to modify this directly with code).
some functions can be drived by api, but the synchronisation is not really complete. for the filters, we have many problems to override the filters in our interface when they are already available in the dashboards. the API request don't send a return state, so it is not possible to have a great synchronisation with an custom interface.

we can enable the creation of custom dashboards by the customers directly in our app, using the API provided by sisense. our application displays the dashboards and we connect to the api to control sisense remotely.

Support takes a little while to come through in some timezones.

We are trying to understand how customers are using our product and show them the ROI of our product. We have has a positive feedback from customers about the charts and dashboards we show them.

Have a good play around before you commit, there is a large ramp up time to setup all the dashboards, queries and caches. A large but good investment.

Contains an excellent creator of analysis and combination of data from different sources of referential information, to guarantee a job when we go to the automatic creation of reports, quite successful and coherent, it should be noted in other outstanding aspects that its easy implementation is very Great, since the development of dashboards and sending reports to the management and teams of a particular organization, providing formidable service, without excluding that it has excellent support.

We can consider that the support of the mobile application that contains this software in availability, could improve in great proportions, since navigation and filtering require significant improvements, for a better fluency when using the system through cell phones, highlighting that it could There are easier ways for the administrator to share the results of the panel in general when they are requested by the users using Sisense.

We use this software in my company because it helps in large quantities, when it comes to work, since it significantly promoted the creation of the definitive control panels, analysis, trend development and understanding of where we are going. We conduct, according to business, thanks to the essential and necessary data provided by this system, mentioning that it also provides us to understand, explore and take advantage of your information, for any of our decisions with commercial terms.

Sisense is a totally powerful software to easily connect to the data you need, including combining them and allowing non-technical users to create the dashboard that suits their environment in an easy and fast way, underlining that its interface is very intuitive, which accesses a greater flow when we address the total flexibility of the system, being ideal from new emerging startups to established companies.
Outstanding BI solution
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most effective API cloud based program. It never bounds me in terms of cloud management but it is a user friendly application that allows creating analytic apps, on any cloud or on-premises. We have found it very reliable in its working, as it is helping me to sum up the scattered data from various systems and platforms and does the amazing job of combining it and analyzing it, thus it helps in lead generation building more customer relations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike is its cost which shows it is a costly solution. Sisense team should compromise with their cost. Moreover its all services are going perfect. I am happy with its reliable and professional features and functions.

This tool has paved a way for my team to understand the effective plans and to increase the efficiency regarding customer’s services, its dashed is equipped with such tools which aims at providing the insights of the patterns and also helps in tracking the metrics of great importance thus maximize our service potential.

This tool is going amazing. With the help of this tool I am capable of monitoring the dragging and dropping of the data, which ultimately help me to understand, what exactly to focus on. It will help you to control the extra cost that was spent in hiring the departments especially for advertisement issues. Must give it a try once.

What do you like best about the product?
With filter and drill through features of Sisense ,our users can dig deep into the data making it easy for anyone to ask their own questions and get the answers they need instantly. having reports we are manually creating and sending. Sisense allows us to automate report delivery indicating which colleagues will receive reports as well as the medium, date and time of delivery . we can even automate entire workflows by easily connecting sisense pulse to other mission-critical applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't have any dislikes about the sisense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with Sisense pulse alerting and machine learning does all the heavy lifting, pulse continually monitors KPIs to let us know when important changes occur. We can set desired parameters or set the system to automatically alert us to anomalies allowing us to proactively receive updates on KPI status

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic platform. Great-looking visualizations. Very extensible. API and SDK are comprehensive. Great blend of cached (Elasticube) and live (real-time) data sources. Great support and customer relationship teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see them add more formatting and data manipulation options for data analysts. This has been a gap for years now, and it is time they address it.

Extending SAAS business applications to include white-labeled reporting & analytics offerings.
Powerful Reports that are easy to create!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to add new widgets to the dashboards. Sisense really brings our Software reporting to the next level!

Linking data within the elasticube can get confusing at times, depending on how many different tables you are looking to join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sisense within our own applications for our customers to utilize. We have been able to increase the annual subscription due to the powerful reporting that Sisense offers.
