Delivers powerful but simple analytics to our clients
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which I can deploy power functionality from client-requested features in their Dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some safari-based limitations for excel downloads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients ability to visualize their data. Historically, we've needed to drive the reports for clients, or client have been limited to what data they could access. Now they have tools to view all their data in formats they demand

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, very self explanatory, and templates are useful to create fast dashbaords
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the dashboards are easy to use, their is no flexibility to customizing the view of a dashboard, i feel like there is too much open space especially when you are trying to create 2-3 KPI side by side, and the fonts are very limited function, therefore in some cases the difference between one number to the next is off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to create graphics to better explain the data in a summarized way
Intuitive Yet Robust
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Cubes & Dashboards can be as complicated as you like. If it's a simple calculation - I can have a dashboard put together in an hour. If I want to spend time and build something very specific using SQL, I can also do that. I haven't seen a program before that has both functionalities - out of the box use and super-customizable options. The add-ons are endless - any thing you could imagine. The ability to code ontop of the dashboards has potential once I learn javascript.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have some technical problems every once and a while. Usually logging out & back in solves it.
The install team had issues getting the software correctly installed and running with our production tables.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am providing metrics and tracking for other depts as to their KPIs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They provide a trial version where they connect a trial version of their software to our own data - really helpful to see exactly how well it works and practice around for a few days. The on-boarding and training was conducted thoroughly and well.

Support could be a bit faster to reply but that is a minimal issue.

I love the speed, power and flexibility by enabling data teams to ingest, store, analyze, visualize and report on data all from one connected platform.

Reorganizing widgets on a busy and slow running dashboard can be a bit frustrating.

Useful in creating visual dashboards for large amounts of data to be analyzed very fast and effectively making them easily interpretable and presentable upon connection in a single platform.

Sometimes the error messages are unhelpful and do not imply the real issue
but the attentiveness of the CSM, support and product team is impressing

We are using SIsense to provide quick, reliable, and interactive dashboards for our management, using the alert system (PULS) to find abnormalities

What do you like best about the product?
Data that is displayed in such a way that you have insight at your fingertips. Easy to Navigate and switch between dashboards. Cubes are very easy to build.

Hidden Filters that appear only when hovered over
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lets me see info quickly so I can target top issues first. Gives the user information filtered and in segments that meaningful action can be taken. Easy to navigate and set different types of filters to display exactly what you want displayed. Able to quickly analyz cross information across many sets of data. Graphs are professional looking and provide executive overviews. Drilling down features makes it simple to access the detail.

Great BI solution for your business
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense helped us develop dashboards that showcase all the data we have in a meaningful way for our business. We love the degree of customization and connectivity between our CRM and other platforms we use. This tool saves us from manually building our reports and saves us so much time. Being able to share the information across our organization is a big win.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Sisense but I would definitely like to see more options in terms of customer experience data. Sisense is very good on quantitative data but I'd like to see dashboards that could showcase qualitative data and trends to provide customer insight to the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Sisense we no longer have to manually build our reports. Now that the data is all configured to appear the way we need it in our dashboards, we spend less time manipulating the data and more time analyzing it to improve our performance and provide insights to the business! It is also easier to share the data within our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sisense is a great product. Make sure your data is clean before building your dashboards and it will help your business for sure!
