Ease to write Custom code and build excellent dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have a 2 member pack, everything is Enterprise only!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High-quality ad super informative executive dashboards!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add more of Notifications and Collaborations within a team. Also, we need functionality for No-SQL (MongoDBs, DynamoDB, BigTable) at some point!

Intuitive Dashboard Software
What do you like best about the product?
The Periscope team is technical and well versed when it comes to company specific custom implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emphasis of tool is on simple, clear reporting. If you're looking for more complex visualizations--Periscope might not be the best fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We monitor product and revenue performance in order to nimbly alter our strategies for company wide performance. Periscope allows us to keep metrics definitions consistent across teams and orgs.

Access the complexity of your visualizations before deciding to go with Periscope.
Great interface and cool data export options
What do you like best about the product?
Colour-coded syntax, dashboard re-arranging settings and clear visual indications when running queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor visual glitches and limited graph options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data analysis and data export
Sisense provides the best white-labeled customized analytics platform in the industry.
What do you like best about the product?
Sisense provides a sophisticated way to analyze data with fine-tuned control over visualization. It also allows our teams to customize how and in what methods they are able to access and visualize their data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take Sisense's analytics dashboards some time to refresh, and the ability to personalize the aesthetics of the dashboards. The actual fine-tune control of data and insights is great, but the design of the dashboards themselves can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sisense for Cloud Teams has undoubtedly been a best-in-class product when it comes to powerful data visualization and dashboarding capabilities and has been a great tool when compared to alternatives such as Tableau and Domo. Our data science and marketing teams use Sisense daily to create dashboards for company performance overviews and to analyze the health of the business. Periscope also allows our sales teams to make incredibly data-driven decisions about when and how best to approach customers on cross-sell opportunities and renewals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sisense is an incredibly powerful tool that serves as a comprehensive data analysis and visualization tool all-in-one. I would highly consider it for the tremendous value that it brings across teams in my organization.
Great start for this software, but need to build out more functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive UI and how easy it is to program within it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of its customer service needs work and they need a user portal ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We build dashboards for business stakeholder, mainly business and operational stats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you get in touch and form a connection with their customer success people - they are great and very responsive.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and seamless integration between data sources. The ease of use of the front end is another great benefit of this tool. There are built-in connectors for almost all mainstream data sources, including, redshift, big hive, facebook, google adwords, google analytics. The web-based dashboards can be accessed from anywhere and are very easy to create. The visualizations and widgets supported by the dashboards are above par as well. Mapping solutions on sisense are still relatively limited but I see Sisense making good progress on that front as well. Overall, it is a great full stack Business intelligence solution that would be very easy to adapt.

Limitations in the elasticube environment to apply DAX functions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Laying the framework of descriptive analytics. Real-time analysis of data.

It is an easy to use product that provides an excellent platform for integrated data analytics.
Great product and very promising technology
What do you like best about the product?
SISENSE offers a wide variety of user friendly features. We are currently in the process of implementing several dashboard into SISENSE and we have already seen a vast improvement in efficiency. Clearly one of the great BI tools in the market to improve and streamline internal processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to use SISENSE as a software not just as an online platform.

Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
We have a complicated embedded implementation and the customer support has been fantastic! Quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the product. The Sisense REST api is very extensive and the plugin architecture allows us to customize almost anything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard scheduling doesn't quite fit our use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better BI for our clients and more self service BI options. We have definitely improved our BI offering by implementing Sisense and we plan to continue adding more dashboards and features.
Powerful tool for BI integration
What do you like best about the product?
Standard BI dashboarding features. Standouts for us are the API connectivity and data modeling options. The extensibility of the platform gives us some options and there is an existing community that offers some additional functionality without needing to DIY.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI requires technical work to be truly presentable. There are a few snags and gotchas, the technology is clearly still under development, which is a minus from a polish level, but does give us more opportunities for feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SiSense allows the complex data housed in our application to become more accessible to a wider audience and easier to parse at a glance for existing users. We have yet to go live with the integration, but there is already significant excitement among our client base to start using the dashboards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you set goals for your onboarding process that will ensure you get the support you need. Don't be afraid to use the addons offered, particularly by sisense itself, but from the community as well.
