Easy to use and great for attestation
What do you like best about the product?
Really great for handling role approvals and annual attestation reviews. As a product owner I am able to approve new role requests with ease and action necessary revokes to keep license counts up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far in the last two years, I have yet to experience a downside. They are doing a great job and care about their prodoct.

Most Reliable Identity and Access Management (IAM) system
What do you like best about the product?
Saviynt is a platform designed for end users, known for its simplicity and straightforwardness. It consistently receives multiple updates each year, enhancing its functionality. The tool is easy to configure and is excellent for running certifications across line managers and EO/RO reviews. One of its standout features is the highly praised customer support. Overall, I believe Saviynt is the best tool among all IAM solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional issues when configuring certifications using around 50,000 User IDs. However, these problems do not occur when using user key configurations. I am hopeful that Saviynt will address and resolve this issue in upcoming updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saviynt is helping us to run certification on regularbasis which helps us to remove un autherized access.

The company is dynamic, at a size where you can still talk to the management, innovative in its market, and focused primarily on IGA.

Customer support is not always as responsive and efficient as you would expect, but this is improving over time as ther organisation expands into new geographies.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI for admin and end users. Once it is implemented, it is relatively easy to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email template creation UI for admins has all kinds of problems. This requires an overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to provision user accounts and govern accesses in various applications. Our end users wanted a request portal for accesses and a lot of access should be assigned role-based.
Fresh Air in users and role management.

finally a user interface really friendly!

Nothing really to dislike for this new product , workflow are very easy to use.

PLM for previous product was much easier with SaviYnt.
Saviynt UI Review
What do you like best about the product?
Saviynt's UI is very clean and responsive. Readability and Editibility in Saviynt is simple. New features and functions are easy to implement in Saviynt with minimum prior knowledge for the Support teams. Other applications are easy to integrate in Saviynt using the modules provided and also the Saviynt forum and Customer Support is very responsive if any help is needed. Saviynt can be used frquently from multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Saviynt can manage complex data, hence it becomes a bit complicated for layman or the end user to follow the steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saviynt is preventing from malicious activity by running multiple jobs daily and mainitng the data of the users. It also helps in providing the only required access to the users.
Unmatched ease of scalability
What do you like best about the product?
We recently onboarded another application on Saviynt platform and the ease of scalability and flexiblity was impressive to say the least. Be it creating dynamic attributes for blocking unwanted access requests or designing a workflow, it does everything an IGA platform needs to be doing. Very satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
The view detail icon in the Entitlement tab of Endpoints is very small and a new user including myself faced lot of difficulty in locating it. There should have been a more accessable feature of rollbacking incorrectly triggered tasks for Admin level users, but these are just suggestions and the concerns are subjective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saviynt is helping our organisation to successfully implement IAM on a large number of user base and multiple applications. It is very difficult to implement a similar policy and yet not sacrifice any security concerns for a large organisation with so many applications and users but Saviynt is helping us tremendously in this case.
