Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to keep the tool up-to-date with the latest improvement from the vendor. Number of features the tool will allow us to use is incredable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is a little lacking. it depend on the day and the engineer you get for your case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing access to our internal application using IGA for all FSA applications

An IDaaS solution with low foot print on enterprise network.
What do you like best about the product?
This IDaaS solution provides lot of Out Of the box connectors to integrate with our enterprise systems. Saviynt API is highly useful and we do use them in building custom UI experience for users. We require minimal effort to maintain the solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if this tool can offer SSO capabilities for the applications integrated. In that way we can avoid using multiple set of tools for IGA, SSO and MFA.
Currently we are looking for a flexible way to enable MFA erollment for users when they are on-boarded on to IGA. Would like to know if Saviynt is planning to enhance the features to support MFA enrollments with Ping ID (not just user creation in Ping ID).
It would be great if users dashboard can be customised to have additional tile to view their MFA enrolments on Ping ID.
It would be highly useful if we can add custom jar files without having to hardcode secrets. One way of acheving this is to enable the jar file to access connection objects configured in saviynt which is not possible at the moment.

1. Easy to build according to the requirements.
2. All features configuration, limitations and troubleshooting steps are documented under Saviynt Documentation portal, which is great help.
3. Easy to track the access and generate reports using analytics.

1. No access to Saviynt servers, so dependent on support team.

Best IGA solution in the market in 2024
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure, Data visible, meets most of the audit and compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There very less OOTB connectors available, including more of them without need of any custom connector will improve process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saviynt is the best IGa tool in the market. Which allows our clients to implement access management with complete visibility to access. It meets all the compliance requirements with the help of automation, audit reports, instant provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews etc. overall it's easy to configure, best suitable for small to mid sized company.even large organisations.
Saviynt as a savior for IGA
What do you like best about the product?
Saviynt is one of our supplier in the project. We use it as a IGA tool as it offers access allocation and deallocation for resources on a single platform. And the best things about it is AI driven analytics and its robust integration capabilities with various environments and application.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I didn't find any flaws in using Saviynt except for the qaulity issue in support from Saviynt's technical team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saviynt is mainly known for its Identity , Governance and Administration for managing access to critical application. We use it for managing access for our internal team in to client environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features fail - for example, when a user changes roles within the organization, the entitlement changes. If the entitlement does not change, Saviynt removes the existing entitlement but does not re-issue the same, leaving the user without any entitlements. Also, the report and analytics section can be improved.

The product is buggy. Some flows work once and get broken without any change to the system. The support teams lack professionalism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting the employees request access to different systems, grant or revoke them across systems.
