Easy integration, intuitive solution
What do you like best about the product?
We are satisfied with DataDome’s solution for a number of reasons. It integrates with our infrastructure easily, and the dashboard is intuitive, providing clear, readable monitoring of bot-related events. We also appreciate the fast and efficient support DataDome provides.

We were facing a lot of scraping attacks on our website. Since implementing DataDome, we no longer have that problem.

User is happy with the solution to continue the usage. The support is good for any customisation request. The dashboard can supply insightful info for analsysis.

Some features are not ready, but the solution providers can help to develop and release the new features. Look forward some new feature release in the new future.

Help to defend our online services and provide an anti-bot solution. We don't need to spend internal resources on developing the solution and can rely on its ready solution.
Set It and Forget It” Bot Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
DataDome is a “set it and forget it” solution. It’s easy to implement and quick to deploy, saving our team man hours. The solution’s “explore traffic” feature cuts to the chase, enabling us to investigate traffic requests’ behavior and patterns quickly. Custom rules are likewise simple to configure and fine-tune, if necessary. It’s a great solution, and cost-effective when compared to other options on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any solution, there’s always room for improvement. In this case, time-filtered reports can be time consuming and the threat overview could benefit from showing more context vs. absolute numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recommend DataDome for any online business that is looking to protect its traffic from bad bots while maintaining an excellent user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
DataDome provides me with an intuitive dashboard that obtains traffic information of our web applications protected by its extensive modules. It gives an overview of all current threats that are monitored, associated requests & risk levels of the application. Risk levels are automatically segregated by their comparison protocols on threat requests and average threat traffic. It offers Cloud DDoS protection which prevents all DDoS attacks even before they reach our targetted network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its threat requests can be accelerated through its attack definition whenever there is a sudden change when compared to our average threat requests. Its explorer utility visualizes traffic dimensions such as IP, Location, URL etc to know enhancement features for our web application security. It provides SDK integrations that simplify our coding obfuscation and coupling challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DataDome doesn't require any interventions thanks to its automated bot protection & mitigation features. It has a powerful bot detection engine that automatically performs threat detection, classification and blocking on a real-time basis. Its dashboard gives the status overview of our Endpoint Traffic whether it's protected or not protected. Also, it provides Captcha statistics of our website and comparisons on the hits made by commercial bots and bad bots on a daily basis. It offers extensive reliability by giving insights on protected infrastructure resources, the number of intrusion attempts and the number of active endpoints which are protected by the DataDome engine.

There was a lot of load on our website slowing down the service offered, thanks to the security of detection of false accounts and bot we stopped the traffic of non-real users.

data from the native application and builds a profile based on that data, and the adaptive
learning algorithm blocks traffic that doesn’t match that profile. The SDK is well maintained, and

The feedback loop to automatically alert and engage the threat research and SOC teams could
be improved upon, with automated alerts out of the box.

DataDome helps us protect our customers’ mobile apps against credential stuffing attacks.
Before we implemented the solution, we were spending a lot of time defending ourselves
against these attacks instead of creating great mobile shopping experiences. DataDome has
given us peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
What we do like the best is that everything is automated and that all bad bot traffic is blocked automatically. The implementation was easy and we can see all our traffic now via the interfaces in Datadome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike. What we miss is a Rate limit per second / minute or features like Crawl delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All bad bots, attacks, sql injections etc.. are gone now, so the traffic which is entering our platform is clean.

The integration was very smooth and simple, with excellent onboarding support. DataDome has proven efficient since the beginning, protecting our content and stabilizing our server load. The customer support is very helpful, and overall we have a great relationship with DataDome.

It would be useful to have more information in the reports about who is using specific IPs.
