It's good it helps me solve problems quick so that means my boss is happy.

It's very expensive and my boss doesn't like that

It is great to provide insight on how real users are interacting with the products, while also making it easy to tie error rates to sessions and giving us tons of information.

I wish I could tie synthetic testings to deployments easier.

It is much easier to access our logs with context that makes it more powerful
Datadog offers good insight but a slightly difficult interface and searching

Robust integration and tooling. The search is rather powerful but a bit convoluted.

I find the search and the interface to be slightly difficult to use and

Datadog offers a single location for all of our logging. This makes it easy as a product security engineer to find and diagnose issues alerted by in our other tooling.

The workflow feature is amazing, including important steps where is manageble

The workflow feature only accept 100 steps.
