Datadog helped me to find abusers in my System.
What do you like best about the product?
Detailing of Logs & Ease of Use also i like the easiness to implement and connect it with our System & Software..
Datadog came up with a simple yet unique software which helped me to tackle different attacks & abusive activities by our competitors.

I'm totally satisfied with the datadog & i'm going to share it with our colleagues too, so they can also use it to tackle these things if they need it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was searching for a Metrics Software which can help me to check the detailed logs of our users when our competitors tried to sue us and ruin our business..
My develper told me about datadog & he set it up for me and now my competitors are gone out from my system as we detected & catched them same day with Log Monitoring.
Thanks to DataDog Log Management.

It has a number of integrations that make it easy to work with.

A very professional quality of service has been maintained where I have not had any problem that is not resolved quickly and in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supervision from the cloud makes it possible to have perfect monitoring that everything is going well and that all the work is going correctly from the datadog facility

Have extensive webhooks microservice management features with support more for applications as well as infrastructure level.

Datadog configurations screen are more suited for trained or product-savvy professionals rather than tech beginners

Alerts needs to be moved into Microsoft Teams and infrastructure monitoring, including vpn tunnel monitoring

Easier to navigate UI. Shows most of the information and various customisable dashboard.

Steep the learning curve to understand how to customise.

Metric monitor dashboard is super helpful in generating triggers and reports of any downtimes, excessive CPU usage etc.
Datadog is an Awesome tool to monitor and analyze your logs, metrics in graphical format.

They have the best UI/Interface to build dashboards and compare data metrics with each other.

They are not up to the mark when it comes to 3rd party integrations.

They are solving all the problems regarding monitoring our cloud environment and helping us to arrive at concurrent decisions in a faster way.

Generally, everything works well. Sometimes its difficult to drill into a metric to learn more.

It's helpful in solving the data problem and with the help of Datadog all the data can be stored at one place and is easy to manage and the team members can utilise it as and when needed.

DataDog is providing observability to all of our enterprise workloads
Lots of information but not super intuitive

Datadog has very clean dashboards that are both easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Datadog provided more education on how to use the product. The UI is very barebones and not super user friendly, causing me to get overwhelmed by the amount of information on a given page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main use of Datadog has been to surface errors and address problems in api usage
Incredibly user friendly; I cant imagine developing without it
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of the time filter UI; it's incredibly straightforward and clear. Creating dashboards is very easy and intuitive. As a backend developer I can't imagine a more useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about datadog is that it's very easy to have duplicate monitors or dashboards that end up double charging the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datadog makes incidents and anomalies visible and obvious. Before datadog the only way of knowing there was an outage was via customer reports.
