Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to manage SaaS access for your organization
Turn your employees into Security Policies Ambassadors
What do you like best about the product?
Microscope view into employees personal and corporate cloud usage
What do you dislike about the product?
Split tunneling, funneling cloud traffic through Netskope and associated privacy and traffic latency. Latency is not a real issue, I am picky as there is not much to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the nature of personal cloud usage, the information involved in work related cloud usage, we were able to set priorities and make a communicaiton plan to educate employees on the risks of using corp data on un-assessed cloud apps, and the limits of personal usage on corp time and equipment. The enforcement of the Policies are so easy when they understand. They now consult us before, and talk about it to other employees. Many become our ambassadors.
Excellent product for getting a handle on your SaaS usage
What do you like best about the product?
Netskope is an easy to deploy platform that begins giving valuable information in a matter of days. The flexibility in their deployment options is also a big advantage over some of their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a large environment like we do, the manual upgrading of the OPLPs can become cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Netskope allows us to see what SaaS applications are actively being used. It also gives us a deep insight into O365 and how data is flowing in between.
