Great app for realtime messaging
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Ably is that it is straightforward to use, and I can implement it so quickly. As a user, I can read the Ably documentation and implement the functionality right away. Also, customer support is effortless. They are very responsive and easy to reach out to. Overall, I can say ABly is the easiest way to implement Pub/Sub messaging in your application. I definitely recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I think everything is good. But, there is one small suggestion from my side. There is no sample code provided for implementation in Vue.JS. I created my application using the Vue.JS framework, but I couldn't find any detailed examples for Vue.JS. Most of the examples were given for React only. I think if Ably can add some good code snippets for Vue.JS as well. It will be great. Apart from this, everything is good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Ably to implement Realtime Pub/Sub messaging feature for a video-conferencing platform we are creating. The benefit that I realized was definitely the ease of implementation. I was able to understand everything because the documentation was very comprehensive. They have included all the concepts in detail. It was very easy to add it to my application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Ably Realtime is an excellent tool for anyone looking to implement a Pub/Sub mechanism in their application. Personally, I will be using it every time I need Pub/Sub messaging. I will say just go for it. You will definitely love it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ably Realtime helps me by providing cloud PaaS for my application build and development in my infrastructure. It resolves my latency issues, code durability, and data integrity with its real-time resolutions. Connecting with Ably is seamless, and requests can be published in our dedicated channels in which we define which customers receive what type of notification services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything, in particular, to be mentioned as a feature I dislike in Ably Realtime. It provides me with a platform where I can easily type in my code deployments and test out the outputs in its platform console before moving it to my production environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, I use Ably Realtime to process code deployments quickly in various scripting languages such as HTMS, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, and Python. It enables me to accurately distribute our resource utilization stats, analyze our business metrics and evaluate our authentication factor within its platform. All I have to do is deploy the code with its dependencies, and I can simply visualize the output with its real-time code processing features. It also helps me in anomaly detection and code defects thanks to its fantastic code compilation unit and for my application lifecycle management, it accurately produces the data processing results, which is majorly responsible for testing the proper execution of all my code deliverables.

A bit cleaner documentation and examples would be good. Otherwise rest is good.
