RPA is the future
What do you like best about the product?
RPA dramatically reduces the dependency on resources to increase efficiency and reduce errors. It also helps in situations where the resource crunch is at a high. With the increase in the project workload and shortage of skilled workforce, part of the ongoing maintenance task could be outsourced but requires monitoring, with RPA eliminated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the aspects of deployment cannot be automated and still require manual intervention. Outsourcing was helpful for specific tasks, but getting RPA implemented has been challenging, especially with the limited knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the laborious KTLO tasks have been automated with the RPA deployment

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Universal Recorder. User interface. Lots of online training and a great user community. It is very quick to learn and fast to develop RPA Automation. Business users are able to use it, unlike most other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error detection and handling could be a bit easier. Variable scope would be a useful enhancement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various - checking trades for compliance, checking healthcare appointments and payments, automating stock checks in SAP, etc.

The different steps available for usage and video is there to teach us step by step so it is very informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too long winded, many steps involved and need to spend alot of time creating just one bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not solved any problems yet with RPA. However, i realised that transfering of data from one place to another can be made easily using RPA. Hence, it is overall still a good program.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a significant improvement in efficiency in using RPA for automation. It helps to achieve greater productivity to drive innovation and growth. Using RPA and AI almost eliminates any human error. Although there is an upfront investment, the benefits of RPA prove that RPA is a value for money solution. Low turnover with more employee happiness and customer retention.

RPA is very expensive. It requires the person to have a good amount of technical knowledge to onboard on RPA. With robots, most humans fear that there could be job loss as it meets almost all needs instead of supporting humans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been exploring RPA for a while and plan to use it primarily for UI automation, as flaky tests are a big concern, and there would be significant efficiency to increase the automation test coverage over time.

The retry Logic queuing system needs to be strengthened, and It requires a while to download libraries throughout the first bot sprint.

It is possible to set up the A2019 edition and function quickly. The IQ bots functions are very useful for automation because they have PNL, OCR functionality added. If required, we cannot edit and continue debugging the operation. Any function must be assigned to a consumer. It would be nice if users with the requisite functions could be pre-defined. Instead of each related developer, the IQ Bot developer, the Metabot Developer etc., for example, all functions needed must be accessible for an AA user as kit. The match is rigid and the price will always be a fantastic game. As compared to other automation platforms, the cost for AA is not very high, but the cost is dramatic before it is inscribed into the Business model. For several purposes, I would suggest AA, some of them listed below. A2019 is easier to install and customize than previous models. Iq bot is a very good automation module everywhere it is useful for many automated processes. RPAs are very simple, less than a year or even six months. RPAs are very fast. Man's saved hours are immense. Data protection, ease of use, change management, scalability, comprehensive data details, etc.
