What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere A2019 built makes it best cloud RPA platform, the Discovery BOT, AARI and all the new capabilities added to the tool makes it my preferred RPA Tool to solve complex business problems
IQ BOT is the best capability of the tool that has helped us to extract data from complex and unstructured documents with utmost accuracy level.
Due to their customer data "Privacy First" Approach in AA cloud , we undoubtedly recommend our different clients to host their solution on their cloud which makes it easy to access and setup account
What do you dislike about the product?
Few things that I dislike about Automation Anywhere are:
We faced few challenges on Citrix Automation but one of my friend suggested to try out the Citrix automation plugin that AA has come up with and we are trying to use that in our code.
Work queues is also another area where we faced challenges while working on AA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved different business problems using Automation Anywhere such as finding out erroneous codes in the EOB(Explanation of benefits) sent to the patient , payment posting, correction of enrolled member data, provider outreach management and have realized various benefits like FTE savings, increased accuracy, improved first pass resolution rate, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Automation Anywhere tool to those who are starting their new journey in RPA, It is one of the best tools and they are adding new and new capabilities to making it an intelligent automation tool.

What do you like best about the product?
RPA is mostly useful for everyone daily repeated tasks which can be automated too easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
In RPA we don't have any internal brain so that it can decide which task to be done first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UI testing is one of the most widely used technique which can be done by RPA. Bots are performing the repeating process makes the tedious jobs easier.

What do you like best about the product?
IQ bot features are outstanding. The intelligent bot and beautifully perform recognize and perform repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No free version to learn and practice. A community edition should help new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Redundant tasks now can be automated and if there is no rule based logic, IQ bots comes handy.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to test some of its functionalities through the community edition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to be able to test other functionalities that are only available in the enterprise edition.

The realization that a lot of time can be saved by using RPA to eliminate/reduce repetitive tasks.

Best Automation tool for automating daily usual scripting process.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a better and more user-friendly tool than Jenkins or other automated scripting tools. Good for running automation test scenarios, copy DB and hosting into servers, and all sorts of daily small IT automation tasks.
It's also quite faster than Jenkins or running the scripts manually sometimes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used the RPA tool as a user and haven't created any workflow so far, but would like to recommend more templates for different automation setup as UiPath provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Copying the DB over-night and hosting it locally.
* Running some of the automated scenarios which include calling different APIá and involves multiple steps.
* Sending automated emails to notify failures or success of automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best part of AA is AARI. Which we used in workflow management and user dashboard. Again BOT insight is a strong analytical tool. In parallel, Fast coding, providing good quality, and The only RPA tool to have master "intelligence" with IQBots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Another variable type, like an array or list, which can be dynamically changed and we Can't create an IQ bot for web automation. These few points I dislike in the tool in which AA can come up with new solution builds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are facing a lot of manual work in the manufacturing industry for invoice processing. Using IQ BOT and task BOT we overcome the business pain area.
Benefits we realized that are -
The only RPA tool to have master "intelligence" with IQBots
Ease of use and very user-friendly platform
Each command in the tool is more effective to build a bot very easily without any issue
Less coding required etc...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
"Automation Anywhere is a great tool for automation with amazing features. With the help of Automation, we can automate our repetitive and mundane task in one click only" so use this product to avoid your repetitive task.

I like the drag and drop features makes it easy to use. The tutorials and support center are very helpful. Support will email you and schedule a zoom call. I like that support uses the remote access to help solve your problem.protest

I dislike the screen recorder. It is hard to maintain a stable build when the html coding is dynamic. when the recorder is unable to reasd a static url the bot crashes resulting in an unreliaable build

Web automation is quite slow in terms of extraction compare to other RPA tools.

solved the web application UI validation where xpath is difficult to find

What do you like best about the product?
Architecture of A2019 is best no tool provide the cloud interface to develop the bots via browser it is more convenient as compared to installing the client .

There are so many new actions that make our bot more robust and stable
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some errors which is coming due to lack of Automation architecture are as follows
1. error occurs while the bot is running to identify the things gets resolved once we restart the services

Many business solutions we are handling with A2019 like invoice processing,DAily work merging excels and many other stuffs

As of now the as far as i know i will refer the A2019 as a market leaders i will chose AA
