Very easy to automate almost everything,I have created n numbers of bot for Data entry, web scraping , Translating form one language to other language , almost everything possible using AA.

A little user management and role management in Control Room

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tool. Anyone can understand this tool easily without having technical knowledge. Using this tool we can automate all web application and excel process. It's give more accurate output and it will save time also. It will reduce human effort also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere 2019 is web application without internet we can't use. And in A2019 we have excel basic and excel advance we have 2 options, instead of this if you keep one generalized action means it's better.

Automation anywhere we can use to automation the repeating process . Using this tool we can automate web and excel applications. It's save lot of time and it reduce human error.

Free community edition and many free courses for self paced learning. Course content is good and easily available for people to read and learn on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the leaders in RPA platform and capabilities it offers. It has evolved and offers various features. However OCR capability is something that can be one of the downsides but that is the problem with most RPA tools. An external OCR engine has to be integrated to find a best solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have worked many processes like weekly server health check reports for internal BAU work. And also for other processes involving benefits audits which is a monthly process and few H2R and O2C processes for a retail client. Benefits for most were realized within a quarter or a year.

In the evolving field of Intelligent automation, Automation Anywhere always bring a new aspect and a new way to look at RPA tools which are in the crawling stage as of now and needs much more stability when it comes to getting the product releases out into the market.

Automating the mundane, repetitive and rule-based tasks which help the clients in redeploying their employees to do more value-added tasks.

all logics can be done. I feel for dictionaries, there should be one action to create a key. Because every time to assign values need to hot code in variables panel

It works great with ServiceNow and it has great abiility to work with many login access management portals.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue faced was it has to have an interface to relogin or maintain the login sessions of the application sessions. AAE bots use credentials to login OK but some sessions time out and AA must be equipped with an internal utility where it keeps the session alive. Also I wonder it it can be embedded with different password generator tools thru web scripting or API calls etc. Every org has their own choice of password generator tools accessible thru web and API calls. AAE must have this embedded utility to use it in situ.

Mostly automated password reset. Its best for password reset type of functions.
I never seen such a Advanced RPA tool with good features

We are easily created a variable using this tool and we are having good features in Excel automation as well.

We need a help guide to use a new activities in Automation anywhere. In some cases, we are unable to find the use of activities and we get the reference of those activities in You tube like that only. So please provide the activities guide to use in the project.

The new version A2019 is very much user friendly to automate things and is more likely user in our team. The easiest and best approach to learn Automation without coding knowledge.

More elaborate of Actions and much more actions are needed for automating the processes.
