What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn and implementation of process.
AA Offers better performance as it has the ability to integrate to different platforms and also scale simultaneously.( using DLL can achieve business logic)
Automation Anywhere create a system or process that functions automatically.
Automation can also refer to the process of monitoring or controlling production, as well as the delivery of various goods and services.
It is more secure cloud platform based.Easy to deploy bot to Control room ,Maintain version History.

can login from from anywhere, AA2019 version is cloud base .
High scalability
Automation Anywhere updates Enterprise A2019 every four weeks
features Like Auto login.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now i did not found any dislike things. Good thing is its cloud base.

We are helping to Business using RPA -Automation Anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most is it's time saving software for my organization where we can improv our efficiency in core business. this software is used to automate overall process including low level to high level application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Main thing is more memory of the pc is required and all other application will be slow compare to its competitor robotic tools.it hangs other applications sometime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolve all of our organization process functionality because it is used in web server and various based tool and it is working like 365*7 without any issue. It saves other peoples time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is boundaryless automation toll and low costable with quick learning for fresher to experienced and nontechnical person also learn quickly for betterment of the company in the HR, finance , production field.metabots is like bestest than other web content.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing, I like about Automation Anywhere is web based control room. Interactive web based control room makes quick and easy monitoring of the bots.
We can also have a insights in the control room. We can also create users on role based.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI integration I mean the IQ bots usage taking much time. Need to increase the efficiency of the same.
Support ticket is taking quite more time as we expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working for an Large client where we are automating the business problems( which is taking much more time and also reducing the ROI.)
We automated those problems where 85% of the time saved. Which gradually increased our clients return on investment. Before automating we did the same work for 6000 items in 25+days, Now we are able to complete the load by 5 to 7days max.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like to recommend Automation Anywhere for all, for beginners it will be easy to understand as the automation anywhere architecture is easy to understand and implement. They are provide certifications which make us to deeply understand the product.

it's difficult to choose there are multiple things like custom packages, AARI, interactive forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to mention bot Scheduling and bot prioritization need to be more flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
Team collaboration is seamless and the ability to record the workflow is useful in automation. Also, the ability to schedule the deployment is useful while managing multiple executions.

Nothing to dislike and the support team is helpful when you face any difficulty.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to perform custom automation and collaboration with everyone in team is what i like most. And we check the performance of the bots which we have created and analyze them with dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The industry in general has to reduce the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used automation to make it easier to create compelling reports for our sales and marketing efforts and have automated the process to scan the pricing of our competitor.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about automation anywhere RPA is the ability that allows users to code custom automations, being an admin we can schedule the bot deployment for your feasibility and added security benefits with industry standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing need some changes rest the product is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated our process of invoice creation and delivery to our customers, the automation directly updates the accounting records and delivers the invoices from the email accounts specified. This has helped us to reduce costs and efficient utilization of human resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Is of usage and available availability of documentations for support, AA is easy to use which can be used to develop automation by a non technical user as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Availability of Free training materials and courses like the ones provided by other automation tools.
Other RPA tools/vendors offer vast repository of free self paced online training materials and courses. for example Uipath. Anyone can register and learn the tool capability and usage for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation in HR hiring process. The process involved automation of various steps involved in the HR hiring process for E2E - H2R. The documents received by a candidate are available on web portal which needs to be downloaded and uploaded in the internal Salesforce portal based on the candidate id. This also requires storing of documents in iManage application for further review. The process also involved sending of reminders to the HR POC to process the application based on SLAs and also to send a detailed report of which candidate documentation is complete, pending or delayed inorder to take further actions
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ease of use and recording functionality which can be used for automation development even by a non technical user. These days organizations are moving into a structure where every person would be enabled to build their own micro bots or other bots for their day today operation.
So its very important that a non technical user also understands the tool and is able to develop bots with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is an easy to understand and learn. Anybody can adapt effectively and start the automation and they do offer part of preparing materials from their page. The individuals who truly should be a piece of automation regardless of whether they have any programming information or with fundamental information in programming can play learn it easily. Additionally, all the interaction sets are addressed in a straightforward cycle streams. Also, at whatever point you need to have a somewhat extraordinary activity in a similar framework you can simply clone the set and alter it. You don't have to re-make the set from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our solution, we are using IQBOt feature and it is utilized to capture the information from OCR. Notwithstanding, this is extremely difficult and more often than not we need to refresh/train the BOT in any event, for some little changes. Likewise, In bot sending there ought to be a marker showing the status and version of the bots that are used previously and it would be extremely useful in the event that we could return back to previous versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had developed a bot to identify the ageing invoice based on ageing algorithm and send it across to collection team to expedite the payment collection. On a specific day of the week bot used to download ageing invoice data from our ERP and identify the once having prolonged delay (based on logic fed to bot). Bot then used to circulate those invoices to respective collection agents to expedite the collection. This has saved numerous efforts of collection agents and saved an efforts to the tune of 2 FTEs per region. Also, it has significantly affected the past due % metric by reducing it to 8-9 % from previous 14 % (before automation), resulting into freeing up the capital to the tune of $ 80 MN
