AA use case and product review
What do you like best about the product?
love the component of having the option to record keystrokes to make the automation code and afterward go in and adjust the code to cause Automation Anywhere to do precisely what I need. What do you dislike about the product?
More code altering tools for developers could be added. The troubleshooting abilities and highlights of the Automation arrangements could be upgraded to make it simpler for designers to distinguish, approve and fabricate code. Additionally, IQ bots don't have heaps of choices as far as usefulness and off the shelf features are concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for one of our FMCG client, we had created bots to download remittance advices and claims and deduction (Dispute cases) supporting documents from distributors' portal in Order to Cash E2E process . Bot used to download the documents, rename them as per the customer's naming convention and upload them on an SAP to crate dispute case. Average time to settle the dispute case before automation was 89 days and after automating a part of the process, the average settlement time came down to 61 days because unavailability of supporting document was the huge bottleneck in the process

It's extremely powerful and very simple to learn the product and getting your hands dirty.
What do you dislike about the product?
The installation process can get a little tricky. Sometimes you will have to redo everything again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of documents to be scanned and extract data from them. We use AA to automate this process.

The prototype of the tool and insights and the detailed information it gives about the deployed bot makes the environment an user friendly to work.

The vital part of RPA in AA is that its not being used quite a lot in majority of the known locations.

The problems basically solved are business request queries and some basic troubleshooting work in AA environment.

BOT finder is not Available .its reusability is not good. If we have to perform the child task service we have to do a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere made our life so easy in terms of work perspective. We can solve all complicated issues. It has a easy development interface. free guidance document is very beneficial for new users to learn this tool. Security level is too good as it comes with multiple layers of security, Protecting confidential data. And it's easy to deploy. Instead of writing long codes we can simply drag the required activities and use it no coding background required. All the activities are easy to use and understandable. We can do all kinds of automation like Web, desktop and citrix automation. All the trainings are really helpful and understandable hands-on feature is too good. It has best features of recording, web scraping, pause. It has well designed exception handling activities which are easily understandable. We can extract any kind of data from web, PDF etc.. Over all it's a best RPA Tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the features are good but one thing is It has dependency on control room. For doing certification it's paid. it require little more time to understand all the features of development and control room as a beginner. Some times dependencies takes lot of time to get downloaded each time running the bot.
There is no well designed forum for all your queries and answers. little difficult to customize the codes . debugging is not user friendly. Sometimes it is difficult to do the citirx automation.

We have done the citrix ,excel and web automation. It was stable. Easy to use by the business user. Drag and drop activities it's too good saves a lot of time. Easy to use all kind of automation tasks. Exception handling, debugging is manageable does not require more coding experience. Control room require more time to understand but it can be used easily. PDF, web data extraction can be done easily. Email automation can be done easily. We have used it for Downloading and uploading of files from web.

Anyone can use this RPA tool. It's easy to understand and automate all kinds of processes like web,citirx and desktop automation .It reduces work time, and increase the work efficiency. User friendly interface will be the best to understand.

We have automated a handful of business processes, have saved around 120 FTE as a direct benefit of automation.

My Automation Anywhere - RPA learnings
What do you like best about the product?
Being a non-technical guy i like that the RPA from automation anywhere has the smallest learning curve and does not require any sort of development knowledge. Besides this it helps in creating bot in a seamless way.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR has some issue when used as intelligent automation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have automated the process to create and deliver invoices while updating accounting records. This has reduced our cost to manage multiple team members to manage these manual tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Building custom automation which is required besides which it offers the option of pre-built templated allowing users to choose which they prefer. Easy collaboration as we have many stakeholders and also non-technical people in our team can use it to build bots.
