Hope more discount in pricing. More discount from competitor, like Uipath, iRPA

What do you dislike about the product?
1)ROI Reset has to be done manually daily to boost AA performance.
2) Sometimes AA player getting stuck and we need to cautious in restarting at time.
3) certain Punctuation could not be identified correctly
4) If click esc, whole AA player stopping.
5) Sometimes excel reading opening excel also. Not sure why

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disabling system log and reset ROI benefited our process while enabling it impacting the file size and decreased AA performance.

drag and drop and functionality is easy to sue with

IQ Bot is the most valuable feature of Automation Anywhere, which helps us to convert PDF to Excel, Word or CSV formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of opportunity to learn this product is greatest challenge as Automation Anywhere does not make their product available for public community unlike other RPA vendors.

Fully cloud enabled features with quick installation of runner to start building the BOTs

I think on community edition when we get errors which does not enable to run the bot then the error message is not clear how to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repeated steps/process that we do everyday which helps to some time for individuals. For business Identifing use case on SAP, HR, Finance etc to save time on repreated tasks.

Visually Appealing Software to Automate Standard Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The software is intuitive and visually appealing. This makes it an easy system to approach for new users or users being onboarded to the automated process at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI in the training modules is often slightly different from the most current GUI being used by the software. Although the similarities are intuitive, there have been some features added/removed and this can make following the training a little more time consuming.

The software is used to automate processes that have ordinarily been executed manually.

I would recommend this software to anyone looking to automate mundane tasks in their organization!
Nice product for easy automation
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to automate the tasks with ease , even though I was new to this tool it took me very short time to automate many data upload activities in Salesforce and thus saved lot of efforts/money for the daily data upload activities.
Also we were able to automate our data validation and testing , salesforce sandbox refresh and data uplaods in lower env , backup/archival of data using business rules . And believe me , we were able to do all these automation with in couple of weeks and with existing team who got cross trained to this tool.

Need of better visual designer is very much required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Majorly we are solving repititive tasks automation and thus reduci´ed lot of man days of efforts/costs.

RPA Helps you to automate lots of business processes. (Like testing etc...)
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing specific downside using RPA but still if we want to call out then there can be more video recordings of different automation processes along with the documentation. (The documents are already well detailed).

We are development and integration partners to Automation Anywhere and we can find the value it brings to business processes.
better than blue prisma in overall experience
What do you like best about the product?
we are currently running on A2019. 14 and the best part is, Intelligence comes built in and things are simple and clean enough so that even the beginers that we train can easily start building and running their first simulations within the first few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that i think a drawback is the ui and the flexibility to customize the pallets and monitors. Also there should be a way to bring in push notifications that can alert and can show status along with the work loads in webapps or in android apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is obvious that a person cant do the same thing over and over again with zero errors atleast not untill now. Importantly, in business critical processes and time sensitive use cases, the delay ocuring due to the errors should not be tolerated. With automation anywhere we simplify almost any process and we do it much efficiently
