Ease of Use.
Integrates ML features(IQ BOT) along with RPA for automating wide variety of business processes.
Unstructured data can be converted to useful information and used further down the line for rest of RPA process.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work very well with the handwritten documents. Accuracy seems to be on the lower side when dealing with Handwritten documents.
Program because difficult to read when it becomes huge.
License seems to be on the expensive side but gives a better ROI for big time projects.

We have automated business processes ranging from banking processes to FMCG processes.
It has good security features hence automating banking processes doesn't pose a problem.
Various processes related to insurance, airline etc. industry are also automated.

1) In AA v11.x I like the Metabot Features where users can Make their own DLL and add Logics towards it and use them in Taskbots.
2) Import Dataset command (Single command) to insert data into various fields from external files where we can avoid multiple keystrokes and clicks.
3) Default OCR Engine are also available.
4) For Legacy applications also object cloning was working perfect and we can capture with multiple selectors.
5) IQ-BOTS -which is best for unstructured data handlings and we can train multiple types of PDF for single customer.
6) Workload Management allows manual prioritization of high value transactions inside automated queue.

What do you dislike about the product?
In Database command when connecting sql tables ,we were not able to pass varaibles on Timeout while executing stored procedures.
Excel Command has Limitations , like basic insert row ,delete row, Apply formulas we not present in AA V11.x.
File conversion Commands was not there in AA v11.3 like csv to xlsx or viceversa

For people with Less Code Background it's Easy to Learn and has Lot of Technical and Logical challenges in day to day life.

some we run the workflow it take too much time some time get problem with image OCR.

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that the theory was backed up with real life scenarios helped in understanding of concepts. All the topics were well covered with real life scenarios. The quizzes at the the end were even more useful. They helped in embedding the concepts in the mind and helped me use them in my job.
the availability of user templates, the dashboards and recording features were helpful in the automation of a gambit of services we provide to our customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. So much emphasis was given on theory but hardly few questions from theory. Also I will wan to see AA developed more in future so that it can cater the intricate business needs like image recognition ability, extracting inputs from images etc.

The contact center where I work uses a lot of manual transactions. Also there are few intelligence level transactions. I am identifying automation scope and have automated some areas of billing, provision and Assurance.
AA is helping me in automate few intelligence level transactions as well.
We have a program running where we aim to automate 60% of our transactions in first year and 70% in second year.

Make human more human with RPA
What do you like best about the product?
RPA helped us a lot to do our repeated task , especially on our HR and finance department. This helped us to make our 'human' become more human. The employee can be allocated to do something more things that need human intervention. For example, we use RPA to helps our HR team to create daily real-time report for our employee candidates. After the automation, all these task is helped with the RPA Automation Anywhere bots. So, our HR team can do any other task like do any interview with the selected candidates ( based on the report that had been sent by the bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes, it need to restart some Automation Anywhere services that make the bot did not work properly. which this may affects to the our daily RPA tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The approval data (based on logic decision). After all the automated task, our daily manual basis job is run by scheduler. which we don't need to run the bots manually. Our employee doesn't need to do some manual process/job every hour and every day. This thing is automated with RPA Automation Anywhere. Our manual process (before RPA) might take 2 - 3 days SLA, and after the automated , we received all the report real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is some feature that Automation Anywhere had on Community Version that has not available on Automation Anywhere Enterprise. Some of them is like the Google Drive feature, which has a good thing if it available on Automation Anywhere Enterprise
