Amazing solution
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, I want to thank you for your work. And I particularly like the aspect of automation, it will help us minimize time, help us develop, build a process in which you can participate, get a new word, and the automated data will help us find an easy way to the result, which it is very significant in all processes. Everywhere automation also helps us in our daily life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think all connections are good, but in some places it is explained in such detail that for some time the logic is hard to understand. Anyway, I will try not to read the negative side, I will try to read and read only one positive side that better automates the connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA creates complexity of registration and status tracking, which is useful. Additionally, it has extensive error handling because if an error occurs, we are able to easily find out where it occurred.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was working on applications like mainframe, which were too hard to automate. I've also worked on an application for online sales representatives that works great.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity allows anyone with general knowledge of Excel formulas or logical thinking to create boots. I do it so that you know that it works. The product is updated on time, not only technically but also functionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was used to automate commercial tasks, so this tool has no disadvantages. It serves a specific purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have some interesting applications that have just been finished. For instance, we created a bot that enters a website and looks up business possibilities, collects them in a spreadsheet and distributes data. Before, several workers had to do it manually several time per day, which was very tedious.

First, get familiar with the fundamentals. Aim high, but start small You will learn both the possibilities and restrictions of the program.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is helping me a lot in formatting my quotes now I do not have to look in dairies or on excel sheet for extracting the detail information about my clients. Because it’s IQ Bot keeps everything in its record. Moreover I can easily send the emails to may numerous customers, I really admire its email automation, which also provides me variety of templates, thus providing me ease and save my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool needs to add some new Bot editing options because it lacks the advance functionalities in the Bot section. Otherwise I am getting great services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an amazing tool. It is integrated with many other software like, excel, and this helps me in easy dragging and roping of the data. I am no more worried about any type of repetitive tasks, whether sis about purchase order confirmation or I have to generate the invoices.

This is excellent tool to automate finance and banking related backend processes. This tool let us locate and configure the commands as well as connections to the external source. It helps us a lot in maintaining robots. I love its straightforward user interface design that let us have much understanding of this tool within short time. I feel pleased that there is availability of Metabots as well IQ bots that can be quickly implemented with the invention of this marvelous tool.

Although it is a great invention but some of the most important features are missing. It lacks the functionality of data manipulation. Moreover there is deficiency of expanding or collapsing option. Aside from that there is not option for modifying task properties.

When I started using Automation Anywhere my journey seems to be more advantageous. It has introduced me so many new ideas for solving problems. Its debugging capability is one of the most favorite feature of mine. I am glad to have this tool as it gives us golden opportunity for developing and deploying robots effectively.

I would say this is the best tool that gives authentic and reliable solutions for performing multiple tasks efficiently. I am having excellent experience with this tool. I like the way it let us maintain our data in its form generation features. It is a great tool that helps us in enhancing the value of our services. It is playing a very significant role in various fields particularly Financial business and banking related processes. There are very limited commands so there isn't any difficulty in its learning.

The difficulty was in the beginning I had to suffer a lot in understanding this software because it seems complicated for the beginners but after getting familiar with it do not creates much of the problems.

The reason of Automation Anywhere for becoming perfect solution is particularly due to its capability of cognitive as well as artificial intelligence. What do you like best about the product?
Daily I create the invoices on Automation Anywhere and now I can handle well, the receipts and quotation. To track the client’s history is not at all difficult now because one I add the projects details and client’s data in organized manner, like it has many tools which asks for client’s phone number, address, quotations etc, and all this data helps me to generate an invoice in a very short passage of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere has an interface which is not very pleasing and for its effective operation a proper know how is also required, so you have to spend a good amount of time in describing it to your team members. Further It is very difficult to process the excel files on Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is very easy to configure and install. This tool has provided me a convenient way to carry out my daily activities. Now I do not spend hours in figuring out the client’s information, but I am at ease to track any of my previous history and even I can make changes to any process very conveniently.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the one of the best tool in RPA world. It comprises of Automation anywhere client which has to be installed on client machine where user can able to develop bots and a centralized monitoring system called control room that manages & schedules process on machines which is connected to central web application. AA provides IQBot, a sub module used to support ML activities which can be used as brain of RPA bots. Together it is able to develop intelligent bots. AA has different components such as task bot, meta bot, IQ bot and control room which enables users to work more efficiently and utilize only based upon needs. Recent version of A2019, which gives a complete different perspective for developers and customers compared to the version till V11. AA is the first RPA platform to make it completely a web based IDE environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excel automations are quiet difficult to implement using builtin AA commands compared to UiPath and BluePrism. There is no collection or data table type of variable to handle excel manipulation internally in AA. Having said that, AA developers are forced to use SQL commands to manipulate any excel related task by connecting it as a database. The main disadvantage on doing so is that it always requires read-write access to automate such task in AA. It has to be noted that in the A2019 version of AA, task execution performance lags largely in time compared to older versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An automation project which is under supply chain domain, where the bot extracts multiple files from multiple sources such as email, web portal etc based on business condition. Upon extraction, bot is asked to verify each field of information from document. Since some of the documents are unstructured, leveraged the IQ bot feature of AA and trained with a few sample training set. This extracted information is then validated by getting required things into custom variables. After the extraction, the details are entered to a web application using combination of meta and task bot. Since the process has to be executed within certain business time, all the entries are recorded in logs to display in control dashboard. Using AA insights dashboard in control room, the business can be able to analyse the bot performance based on total number of invoices processed successfully against the total number of request received.

As we all know that the Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tool/software in market, the products are getting improved on each stages by introducing new features. A2019, the new web based version makes more flexible for everyone to use even without installing any software(except small sized AA agent) in our machines.
