Very good tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love automation anywhere because it puts all possible equipment within reach so that I can be self-taught and autonomous in using the tool. That's all there is to say about the product's ease of use. I am delighted with it, easy access, ease of use, and the most important factor is time-saving, and that's important.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment it has been good, but sometimes I don't like it because there are always problems in the control room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By developing workflows for repetitive processes and speeding up the process, you also have a good reach in the field of finance, as it requires a lot of manpower to enter data, count and allocate money, and especially because the developer's guide is the best. Overall, one of the best RPA tools.

I would recommend it to anyone automating different types of processes and forms, allowing the team to collaborate on different projects and always staying up-to-date and organized. It is ideal for commercial and financial banking processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its clean and easy-to-use interface and, in addition to having a wide variety of task possibilities, even people without programming skills can automate a simple business process, provide data analytics and a live dashboard, which It provides more meaningful data representations, to facilitate decision making, multiple ways to record actions to convert into bots that will initiate the development of anyone, in addition the integrated functions of security and error verification are highly effective and allow to build resistant bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes commands are difficult to configure just like initial setup, and Automation Anywhere doesn't handle virtualized environments well either, but the rest of this platform is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use Automation Anywhere to provide a comprehensive solution to automate repetitive manual tasks and processes. It has improved people's lives since they started doing more valuable activities and developing new skills because bots do all the work.

Automation Anywhere is a flexible and robust software that I can recommend to buyers, it is better in financial processes and also where the processes are already structured and standardized, it also has good analytical capabilities, data extraction in Excel, PDF integration and automation functions. This tool is very complete and you should give it a try.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say this is the best tool that gives authentic and reliable solutions for performing multiple tasks efficiently. I am having excellent experience with this tool. I like the way it let us maintain our data in its form generation features. It is a great tool that helps us in enhancing the value of our services. It is playing a very significant role in various fields particularly Financial business and banking related processes. There are very limited commands so there isn't any difficulty in its learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty was in the beginning I had to suffer a lot in understanding this software because it seems complicated for the beginners but after getting familiar with it do not creates much of the problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has outstanding capability of interacting with various platforms. The reason of Automation Anywhere for becoming perfect solution is particularly due to its capability of cognitive as well as artificial intelligence. The thing which made me stick to it is its ability of capturing UI elements very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Daily I create the invoices on Automation Anywhere and now I can handle well, the receipts and quotation. To track the client’s history is not at all difficult now because one I add the projects details and client’s data in organized manner, like it has many tools which asks for client’s phone number, address, quotations etc, and all this data helps me to generate an invoice in a very short passage of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere has an interface which is not very pleasing and for its effective operation a proper know how is also required, so you have to spend a good amount of time in describing it to your team members. Further It is very difficult to process the excel files on Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is very easy to configure and install. This tool has provided me a convenient way to carry out my daily activities. Now I do not spend hours in figuring out the client’s information, but I am at ease to track any of my previous history and even I can make changes to any process very conveniently.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the one of the best tool in RPA world. It comprises of Automation anywhere client which has to be installed on client machine where user can able to develop bots and a centralized monitoring system called control room that manages & schedules process on machines which is connected to central web application. AA provides IQBot, a sub module used to support ML activities which can be used as brain of RPA bots. Together it is able to develop intelligent bots. AA has different components such as task bot, meta bot, IQ bot and control room which enables users to work more efficiently and utilize only based upon needs. Recent version of A2019, which gives a complete different perspective for developers and customers compared to the version till V11. AA is the first RPA platform to make it completely a web based IDE environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Excel automations are quiet difficult to implement using builtin AA commands compared to UiPath and BluePrism. There is no collection or data table type of variable to handle excel manipulation internally in AA. Having said that, AA developers are forced to use SQL commands to manipulate any excel related task by connecting it as a database. The main disadvantage on doing so is that it always requires read-write access to automate such task in AA. It has to be noted that in the A2019 version of AA, task execution performance lags largely in time compared to older versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An automation project which is under supply chain domain, where the bot extracts multiple files from multiple sources such as email, web portal etc based on business condition. Upon extraction, bot is asked to verify each field of information from document. Since some of the documents are unstructured, leveraged the IQ bot feature of AA and trained with a few sample training set. This extracted information is then validated by getting required things into custom variables. After the extraction, the details are entered to a web application using combination of meta and task bot. Since the process has to be executed within certain business time, all the entries are recorded in logs to display in control dashboard. Using AA insights dashboard in control room, the business can be able to analyse the bot performance based on total number of invoices processed successfully against the total number of request received.

As we all know that the Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tool/software in market, the products are getting improved on each stages by introducing new features. A2019, the new web based version makes more flexible for everyone to use even without installing any software(except small sized AA agent) in our machines. What do you like best about the product?
Through Automation Anywhere I can easily maintain my clients data and also I am designing the quotations in an effective way, because I do not have to feed the data but this software extract the information from its IQ Bot and automatically all the necessary information gets filled and I can easily generate the billings and always I have the crystal clear idea about the closing of my leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not so happy from its mobile application, it works well in few areas and I have experienced its activity in offline mode. Further it is not so appealing because many of the features are hidden. It is only meant for the emergency situation, like I cannot rely on it while traveling to carry out my key tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is of key importance for me, which has allowed me to get in touch with my customers with most up to date customers. Most of the times it happens that customers ask for the previous invoices and sales orders, at that moment it becomes difficult to search the right file through manually maintained folders, but thanks to Automation Anywhere, which has removed this problem, and no I can easily track the certain process with in short span of time.

I will recommend this tool for getting rid of the everyday repetitive tasks, it is build on modern technology where you do not have to tell the system to process your repetitive tasks but it will automatically search it for you through it Discovery Bot.
Good and intuitive tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way of managing and creating bots, their ease of use is incredible. Besides being a platform with a good and intuitive interface, it offers different types of functions, but the one I like the most is the Metabot. It works very well in automation, and we save a lot of time. This tool is good and precise, and I like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything wrong, much less anything serious that affects our work. However, it took us a long time to implement it, we had to resort to support, but everything has been excellent.

We are using it to automate repetitive tasks and email monitoring, and to perform different types of data operations. Honestly, automation saves a lot of time.

This platform is definitely very good, I especially like its functions like bot and screen recording and how easy it is to use, automation of business processes without any effort, I could say that anyone can use this tool without being an expert in programming.

At first it was a little difficult to learn how to use the bot, but in one day we were already sufficiently trained, however, we had several errors in the integration with other platforms, but the support helped us.

Its interface and the way you can control the bot speed, its features are good, and it was also very easy to integrate, it makes it easier for the developer to automate their processes, it is a good tool at low cost, and the support technician always solves doubts and problems quickly.

We noticed some drawbacks in its implementation regarding its limited commands and the drawbacks of its use, but then, over time, everything changed, as the support helped us.

Its flexibility to use the tool in different functions is good and surprising, this tool can perform many functions allowing to improve business processes, and what I like most is that you can create a metabot, it is fantastic, as well as being fast and efficient.

They consume too much memory, the options are difficult to find due to the clutter, making it difficult to find them at important moments, it also took a long time to notice good results, but it is still a good tool.

We were able to take full advantage of all its features and noticed great changes and benefits. We process documents, validate all fields and forms, it helps a lot to maintain productivity and interact with SAP applications, we are very happy with this implementation.
