What do you like best about the product?
Through Automation Anywhere I can easily maintain my clients data and also I am designing the quotations in an effective way, because I do not have to feed the data but this software extract the information from its IQ Bot and automatically all the necessary information gets filled and I can easily generate the billings and always I have the crystal clear idea about the closing of my leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not so happy from its mobile application, it works well in few areas and I have experienced its activity in offline mode. Further it is not so appealing because many of the features are hidden. It is only meant for the emergency situation, like I cannot rely on it while traveling to carry out my key tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is of key importance for me, which has allowed me to get in touch with my customers with most up to date customers. Most of the times it happens that customers ask for the previous invoices and sales orders, at that moment it becomes difficult to search the right file through manually maintained folders, but thanks to Automation Anywhere, which has removed this problem, and no I can easily track the certain process with in short span of time.

I will recommend this tool for getting rid of the everyday repetitive tasks, it is build on modern technology where you do not have to tell the system to process your repetitive tasks but it will automatically search it for you through it Discovery Bot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way of managing and creating bots, their ease of use is incredible. Besides being a platform with a good and intuitive interface, it offers different types of functions, but the one I like the most is the Metabot. It works very well in automation, and we save a lot of time. This tool is good and precise, and I like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything wrong, much less anything serious that affects our work. However, it took us a long time to implement it, we had to resort to support, but everything has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to automate repetitive tasks and email monitoring, and to perform different types of data operations. Honestly, automation saves a lot of time.

This platform is definitely very good, I especially like its functions like bot and screen recording and how easy it is to use, automation of business processes without any effort, I could say that anyone can use this tool without being an expert in programming.

At first it was a little difficult to learn how to use the bot, but in one day we were already sufficiently trained, however, we had several errors in the integration with other platforms, but the support helped us.

They consume too much memory, the options are difficult to find due to the clutter, making it difficult to find them at important moments, it also took a long time to notice good results, but it is still a good tool.

We were able to take full advantage of all its features and noticed great changes and benefits. We process documents, validate all fields and forms, it helps a lot to maintain productivity and interact with SAP applications, we are very happy with this implementation.

It is a good platform and at a low price, I like its ease of use, anyone with basic coding skills can learn the tool and start automating, and it provides an adequate amount of features to build robust code, I like data mining web because it provides a great experience in automating web applications and extracting data from web pages.

Some problems in the commands and I can't find a system unlock option either, I think it is somewhat limited if we talk about commands.

Since we implemented it, it has been very efficient and friendly, it has been able to focus on automation without any effort, in our telecommunications company it has helped a lot, mainly because it does not require a great effort for its use, we have also learned a lot thanks to the guide from the developer.

This is very valuable for our business, as it has allowed us to save a lot of money on staff and be much more relaxed by eliminating potential human errors that can occur daily.

I believe that automation anywhere is essential software in large companies, as it greatly assists with tasks that are essential in the day-to-day operations of the company but require a lot of effort and dedication. The design is very good but it is not so modern, I think it could be better, this tool is excellent but it requires a deep knowledge for a good use.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Many repetitive scripts are easy to automate. We automated many scripts in our everyday processes, and now they work without problems. The automation allows us to work with many systems, which is a huge advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their interface can be easier to use. Sometimes it' s hard to be on the front line, because there are so many options. I think a easy "search key" at the top of the menu should really help with the development of automation.

We have managed to streamline the processes of entering large amounts of data, but also other daily tasks, such as checking the most recent information on the website and sending e-mails to the whole company to inform us about new features.

It is ideal for large companies with well-developed IT systems and architectures to deploy and operate. It works well for our small company, which uses its systems in accounting and finance instead of IT, but occasionally it is hard to implement and manage it.
