What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Automation Anywhere for almost 2 years. It is incredibly easy way of placing orders just with a single click. So with the invention of this marvelous tool, we have seen much reduction of time in placing orders. The recorder feature is my most favorite that has made process mapping very easier for users. The most interesting factor is that it helps us in extracting data from ordinary Web interfaces without any difficulty.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the least things is that sometimes problems occur in its control room. So it becomes difficult for users to delete uploaded tasks. So we have to get help from Automation Anywhere's team in order to get rid of this problem. Its team should enhance this product for making it more efficient for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a useful tool, providing amazing services. The biggest advantage is, web data extracting process have become more powerful after the invention of Automation Anywhere. It gives much flexibility to the most complex processes.

In my opinion it would surely the best choice for your business. It is feature rich software. It gives you so many paths for automating tasks. It will give you sufficient knowledge that will help you in automating things rapidly.
A perfect tool for automation.
What do you like best about the product?
I like it for being a friendly and powerful tool, being able to automate large volumes of data and processes in various ways is excellent, it is very easy to use and it allows us to design very efficient bots that perform accounting and administration tasks. It also helps us perform scheduled technology tasks and what I liked the most is that we don't need Automation Anywhere support training to learn how to use the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing negative that is serious, just some performance issues and it is something that does not bother at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to automate different types of processes, from financing to human management, and we are also solving various problems, from complete tasks performed by a robot, to the collection of specific data from internal portals.

Excellent automation program with interesting features but customer support is worst
What do you like best about the product?
This is incredibly a good source of conveying valuable information to the clients. It offers very outstanding mobile application that helps our team members to work remotely without any complications. It saves our precious time that needs to be spent on entering same data repeatedly as the important information is already saved in it. Moreover it keeps the essential and most important details of the client’s safe in its memory and gives us overall transparent idea about the previously submitted order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have been using this tool I have contact its customer support many time but every single time I was unable to get appropriate response. It is a suitable platform for my organization but it need to improve its customer services in order to maintain the quality of this tool.

Automation Anywhere is no doubt a wide range platform that let us work so efficiently. Second most important thing about it is that it let us build effective relations with clients due to the availability of reporting system. It has laid great impact on our sales and marketing strategies.

This is matchless tool for automating my work. The Bot helps me a lot in generating reports. It has great functionalities, after uploading documents, the powerful tools present in it recognize them immediately that further make your work easier by helping you complete your tasks more efficiently.

Anywhere Automation is a very powerful tool that allows us, at a very low effort, to improve and automate most of our daily activities. The user interface is very easy to use, so every new user can quickly learn the concept and achieve the automation magic in their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could update a piece of code using custom editing options such as .Net or Java Programming to improve automatic output. The current code is interlaced as a preview option in a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface.

From email automation to Excel to complex desktops and Web based applications for demanding customers, Anywhere Automation has played a key role in reducing my workload and time spent on repetitive routine tasks.

It is providing very effective and powerful features. All of its features and functionalities are found to be user friendly. Sometimes it's kernel stops reacting and so does the server. When I spoke to a representative there, they provided me with a general determination of how to restart the system to restore the connection, although this would fix my issues which is not a permanent solution. Also it is a slightly higher maintenance and service fee that cannot be managed by an individual.

This helps me to fix my code efficiency problems and similar errors in my repeated manual tasks. However it helps me work very fast by optimizing my work and automating it so that I do not have to agree and re-deal with the same solution. At the moment, I have noticed some irregularities, especially in small processes, so sometimes it cannot be automated at certain times due to its rigidity, I have also seen that it does not have good development capabilities.

I feel its very little good and agreeable as like UiPath. There is such an uncomfortable utilizing this apparatus when I change from UiPath to AA.

It does not keep advanced kind of automation and customization features and functions. I would suggest them to enhance their Bot dashboard and they also should add some more options for editing the task. Moreover I use this tool most of the time I would say it is an average tool.

It is easy for me to give proper guidelines to the clients. It is time savior tool by helping me in preventing my precious time for arranging excessive meetings.
